About WorkTime

We are looking for a Middle Technical Support Specialist who will act as a technical point of contact between customers and our product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the WorkTime platform (email, chat)
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to:
  • Web application behavior
  • System configurations
  • Integrations and APIs
• Analyze logs, error messages, and system data to identify root causes
• Reproduce bugs and prepare clear, structured technical reports for the development team
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams during incident resolution
• Assist with technical onboarding and advanced configuration questions
• Maintain and improve technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Participate in improving support workflows and incident response processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support / Product Support / L2–L3 Support in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of how web-based systems work
• Hands-on experience with:
  • REST APIs (requests, responses, authentication)
  • HTML/CSS (basic level for troubleshooting)
  • Logs and error analysis
• Basic understanding of databases (queries, relations, data structure concepts)
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English level B1 or higher (written)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS products
• Familiarity with monitoring/analytics or employee productivity tools
• Understanding of GDPR, data privacy, or security best practices
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams

About the project:

The project is an employee monitoring software. In the current situation this is a highly demanded product and demand is growing. Our product is 20+ years on the market and we are focusing today on creating from the scratch its cloud edition. The goal is to replace all existing editions with one high quality web version. Back end server and database environment — Windows Server.

As the developer of this project you are expected to:

Demonstrate willingness to learn and to professionally grow.

Actively participate in the project development.

Demonstrate high quality coding style to support our goal of creating the new reliable, scalable and stable system.

Your main duty will be back-end development and your expertise will be needed during the system development and release stages.

If you have any experience in front-end development, this is a plus and is welcome.

PHP 7.4 - 8.2;

OOP (object-oriented programming);

Firebird, MSSQL (Knowledge of pure SQL), PDO, InterBase;

Обов'язки:

Знання основних методик і принципів тестування ПЗ;

Кросс-браузерне тестування;

Функціональне тестування;

Регресійне тестування;

Створення чек-листів, тест-кейсів.

Вимоги:

Досвід роботи в якості QA протягом 2 років у комерційних веб-проектах;

Знання і розуміння веб-технологій;

Знання і розуміння основних методів тестування;

Розуміння роботи веб-додатків, клієнт-серверної архітектури;

Досвід тестування веб-додатків;

Впевнене використання web debugging tools;

Уважність до деталей;

Навички самостійного моделювання поведінки користувачів;

Досвід створення та написання тестової документації (тест-кейси, чек-листи, звіти про помилки).
