Objective for this role :
Help us get on Facebook Ads (and get it there good)
Budget of acquisition that will be set up : 30k (50k max overall)

Experience / Skills:

• English is mandatory
• French is a strong plus
• Facebook ad manager : experience in trafficing campaign with strong budget
• Adset tagging integration experience
• Reporting experience and automation for multi network setups
• AI for creatives (video & images)

• Design a strategy for Yoopies
  • Help to define our cost of visit / acquisition (TARGET)
  • Competitor analysis
  • Have a reco of what format / targetting might work for us
  • Listing of creative opportunities
  • Listing of targetting opportunities (cost effective / perf effective?)
  • A focus on retargetting … what we should do
  • Have a quick look at our analytics set up / modification needed
  • Roadmap of tests to set up (wich order)
  • Have a reco on the networks we should adress in addition of FB network…?
• Set up campaigns for the first campaigns :
  • Do the creatives with AI (video & image)
  • Set up campaign in FACEBOOK formats and targetting (that we can duplicate and tune) : TRAFFICKING

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services;
• Experience in creatives for social ads (or advertising)
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms;
• Intermediate+ English, both written and verbal is a must;;
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite;

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;

   

Responsibilities:

• Review and audit existing user flows (search, onboarding, booking, dashboard) to identify UX friction points and quick wins
• Developing and conceptualizing comprehensive UI/UX design propositions based on client's brief;
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes;
• Iterate on design proposals based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives
• Collaborating with the product team, and business and tech team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user;
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior;

Would be a plus:

• Experience in video creation via AI
• French speaker
