Business Assistant / Trainee Project Manager

We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy Business Assistant / Trainee PM who is ready to grow fast inside an AI-first product company. Someone who brings structure, ownership, and real energy to everything they touch.

What you will be doing

Supporting the CEO, AM, and senior team in day-to-day operations and strategic execution:

• Managing schedules and calendars for the CEO and all company managers — full ownership, zero missed items
• Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and cross-team communication across multiple time zones
• Working closely with the AM on operational processes and internal workflows
• Preparing documents, briefs, presentations, and research materials

Growing into a Product Management role:

• Participating in product sprints alongside PMs and engineers
• Helping structure product hypotheses, write specs, and prepare demo materials
• Gathering and organizing market research, competitor insights, and customer feedback

Working hands-on with AI and modern tools:

• Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to automate routine tasks and speed up research
• Maintaining and improving workflows in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive), Notion, Slack, and task management tools
• Independently owning your areas — no micromanagement, full accountability

What is critically important for us

• Experience as a Business Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, coordinator, or similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills — you keep things moving without being asked twice
• English B2 or higher — you'll be working with English-language sources, clients, and materials daily
• Confident use of Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets, Notion, Slack — not just "familiar with," but genuinely fast and structured
• Genuine curiosity about IT, AI, and the future of digital work — this isn't a checkbox, it's a real requirement
• High autonomy: you figure things out, flag blockers early, and take ownership of outcomes
• Early-career energy: you're at the beginning of your professional path and want to move fast, not coast

A plus would be

• Any exposure to product or project management (even in education or side projects)
• Experience using AI tools for real tasks — summarizing, drafting, researching, automating

How we work

• Format: remote, full-time, reporting to the CEO and working closely with the AM

Mission of the role

Turn Workeron.ai into a factory of AI agent solutions:

• Design the architecture of the platform and the “agent factory”
• Build and lead the engineering team
• Be hands-on in rapid product iterations and rebuilds
• Bring 1 to 2 product lines to stable, repeatable sales

Technology leadership

• Design the target architecture: agent core, orchestration, integrations, billing, security
• Choose the stack: LLM providers, vector stores, orchestrators, low code tools, observability
• Define standards for code, reviews, deployment, and monitoring

Hands-on development

• Write code with the team on critical paths
• Build the first versions of the platform and 2 to 3 key agent MVPs
• Rapidly rebuild and improve solutions based on tests and customer feedback

Product and founder collaboration

• Work with the CEO and product team to turn hypotheses into concrete technical solutions
• Propose your own product and feature ideas based on what is feasible and valuable
• Balance speed of experimentation with reliability of production

Team and processes

• Hire and grow a core team of 2 to 4 engineers (low code, fullstack, data, ML)
• Set up CI/CD and environments for fast PoCs and stable MVPs
• Establish an operating rhythm: tech planning, prioritization, demos, retros

Expected outcomes

After 1 month

• You have a clear grasp of Workeron.ai vision, hypotheses, and target segments
• Together with the team you have delivered 4 agent systems as MVPs for 4 existing hypotheses (each is usable, demoable, and tested with real internal or pilot users)
• Basic technical groundwork for further scaling these agents is documented and understood

After 3 months

• One product direction has been chosen as the main bet based on tests and traction
• For this direction you have built a scalable product version (not just MVP):
  • stable architecture
  • reproducible deployment
  • logging, monitoring, basic security and multi-tenant readiness where needed
• The product is ready to onboard paying customers at scale (not just custom one-off setups)

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience, 2+ years as tech lead or CTO\ Tech Lead in a product company or strong agency
• Strong fullstack or backend engineering background in SaaS products
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, local models, vector databases, agents, orchestrators
• Ability to design system architecture, not only single services
• Bias to speed: you can ship PoCs in days and MVP in weeks not months, and know how to clean them up later
• Experience hiring and leading a small engineering team
• Comfortable translating business and product language into technical plans and estimates
• Background in building internal platforms or SDKs
• Early stage startup experience

Your main goal is to build a marketing machine that:

• Systematically delivers a predictable flow of qualified B2b and B2c leads.
• Rapidly validates product hypotheses from product owners through real traffic, experiments and paid customers.

You should be able to design and run omnichannel funnels yourself, and read the numbers well enough to kill what does not work and double down on what does.

What you will do

1. Strategy and positioning

• Define and sharpen the value proposition of our AI agent products for different segments (founders, C level, operations, SMB, mid market).
• Segment the market by use case, industry and company size and map pain points for each.
• Build a 3 month and 12 month growth plan focused on fast learning cycles, not big one shot campaigns.

2. Growth experiments and hypothesis validation

• Turn product ideas into clear testable hypotheses: audience, problem, promise, offer, channel, metric.
• Design and run A/B tests on landing pages, pricing, bundles, trials, paywalls and onboarding flows.
• Quickly spin up micro MVPs or offer pages for new agent types and verticals.
• Use experiment results to give direct feedback to product owners and influence the roadmap.

3. Omnichannel funnels and performance marketing

• Build and manage end to end funnels across several channels:

   

  • Paid ads: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, possibly TikTok and others.
  • Content and organic: LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, blog, communities.
  • Email and marketing automation: lead magnets, nurture sequences, webinars.
  • Partnerships: agencies, consultants, platforms, affiliate programs.
  • In product funnels: free trials, demo flows, upgrade prompts.

   

• Set up tracking and analytics for each funnel: CAC, LTV, conversion by step, payback period, ROMI.
• Own budgets and continuously reallocate spend based on performance.

4. Content, creative and assets

• Create or commission high converting creatives: ads, videos, carousels, landing pages, one pagers.
• Build a content plan around use cases, case studies, live demos and behind the scenes of agent building.
• Manage contractors and tools for design, copy, video and no code landing page building.

5. Sales and product collaboration

• Align with founder and sales on ICP, qualification rules and follow up process.
• Prepare sales enablement materials: decks, demo scripts, battle cards, ROI calculators.
• Bring back structured insights from calls and campaigns: objections, desired features, language customers actually use.
• Help define and refine pricing and packaging based on real purchase behavior.

Expected outcomes

After 1 month

• Deep understanding of our product vision, current hypotheses and target segments.
• Clear written positioning and messaging for 2 to 3 core segments.
• At least 3 product hypotheses fully tested end to end: traffic, funnel, offer and pricing.
• For each of these 3 hypotheses there is at least one paying customer or paid pilot, with unit economics and funnel metrics documented.

After 3 months

• 1 to 2 best performing hypotheses are turned into scalable growth engines.
• For these winning directions you have:
  • Stable flow of qualified leads at planned CAC.
  • Repeatable process from first touch to paid deal.
  • Clear playbooks for channels, creatives, follow up and sales handoff.
• A tested channel mix with budget allocation rules and expected ranges for CAC, LTV and payback period.
• Weekly growth report and decision ritual based on numbers, not opinions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital marketing and growth in tech: SaaS, mobile products or B2B software.
• Proven track record of taking a product from near zero to repeatable sales through marketing.
• Hands on experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and setting up tracking.
• Strong funnel and CRO skills: you know how to move numbers from impression to paid.
• Comfortable building and reading dashboards using GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar tools.
• Experience with English speaking markets (US or EU) is a strong plus.
• Solid written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate or higher).

We are looking for a strong Senior Product Owner / Product Manager who will take the agent direction from zero to product market fit: from hypotheses and experiments to first stable sales and scaling.

What you will be doing

• Building a product in the world of AI agents
• Bringing product hypotheses to results:
  • Formulating ICP and value proposition
  • Describing product hypotheses and metrics
  • Launching quick experiments (landing pages, pitches, demos, pilots)
  • Collecting feedback and money
• Working closely with the CEO, CMO, and engineers:
  • Decomposing ideas into product version / V0
  • Prioritizing features and tasks in the backlog
  • Balancing between custom agents and scalable solutions
• Building and testing monetization:
  • Developing tariffs and package offers (buy agent, custom agent, rent agent, subscription)
  • Calculating unit economics, CAC, LTV, payback
• Setting up product analytics for the funnel: awareness - interest - demo - paid pilot - MRR
• Forming a database of insights on the market and competitors for AI agents and "digital employees"

• Preparing product materials: one-pager, presentations, scripts for sales, requirements for marketing and traffic

   

What is critically important for us

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in b2b SaaS, services, or complex digital products
• Real experience in bringing a product from scratch or pre-MVP to first sales / product market fit
• Ability to work in short cycles: 2-3 weeks for one hypothesis from idea to a clear result
• Strong skills in customer development and selling hypotheses through interviews, demos, pilots
• Ability to write clear product specifications and convert them into tasks for the dev team
• Readiness to work hands-on with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, no-code / low-code, analytics, etc.

• English not lower than Upper Intermediate - some clients and sources will be English-speaking

   

A plus would be

• Experience in AI products, agent systems, automation, no-code / low-code
• Working in early-stage startups, preferably in b2b

• Interest in the topic of "digital employees", the future of work and automation

• Compensation level: a combination of fixed + results-based bonus, an option is also possible after achieving key milestone

• 3 priority product hypotheses for agents under specific roles are formulated and described
• For 1 priority hypothesis:
  • There is a V0 product
  • Real demos have been conducted and first pilots have been launched
  • There are first payments or clear reasons for refusal and a plan for the next iteration

• A set of insights on ICP and pain points has been collected and structured, based on which we make a decision: strengthen the hypothesis, pivot, or kill it

Mission of the Role

To quickly and reliably create prototypes and MVPs (web apps, internal tools, AI agents workflows), using low-code/no-code and AI-assisted development, bringing them to deployment, monitoring, and clear support.

Key Tasks

• Quickly assemble prototypes and MVPs: UI, logic, integrations, data storage, authorization, basic analytics.
• Make AI-assisted coding the standard: code generation, refactoring, tests, documentation, development acceleration.
• Translate business needs into requirements: user flows, roles, edge cases, constraints, acceptance criteria.
• Integrate external services: CRM, payments, email/SMS, messengers, webhooks, partner APIs.
• Design a simple but correct MVP architecture: so it doesn't fall apart under the first load.
• Set up deployment and environments: dev/stage/prod, secrets, domains, SSL, basic CI/CD.
• Establish observability: logging, basic monitoring, alerts, error tracking.
• Participate in task estimation: timelines, risks, trade-offs (fast vs. correct), release plan.

What We Consider Success (KPI / Outcomes)

• MVP in production in 2-6 weeks (depending on scale) with working key scenarios.
• Reduction in development time due to AI tools (visible increase in speed and quality).
• Minimum blocker bugs at launch, transparent logs, and reproducibility.
• Clear artifacts: brief PRD/BRD-lite, technical description, deployment, and support instructions.

Mandatory Requirements (must-have)

• 2+ years in prototype/MVP development or a strong portfolio with real launches.
• Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty: formulating requirements together with the business.
• Understanding of business processes and business analysis skills: asking the right questions, documenting processes, identifying bottlenecks.
• Confident work with APIs, webhooks, databases (SQL/NoSQL), auth (JWT/OAuth), queues, or their substitutes.
• Understanding of deployment and operation: Docker (preferred), cloud deploy, environment variables, secrets, domains.
• Experience using AI development tools as a daily practice.
