• Work with users to determine their needs and help them reach their business goals and enhance their online presence.
• Manage email, phone, chat, and/or other communication channels as a primary contact for Wix users.
• Introduce Wix users to our different tools, services and products they can benefit from, and help onboard them where appropriate.
• Be an advocate for our technical products and services, being able to explain their functionality and value
• Develop expertise in Wix products and stay up to date with new features and improvements.
• Work with other departments and product teams, and advocate our users’ needs to impact product roadmaps.

• Take full responsibility and ownership of products from inception to production
• Own the product life cycle from conducting market, data, BI and user research to defining wireframes and KPIs to overseeing the development process

We are looking for a Junior Community Coordinator who’s excited about tech, software development and AI, loves working with people, and wants to grow in the world of developer communities.

You’ll be a part of the Wix Engineering Brand Team that represents the company in the local tech ecosystem. You’ll help organize events, support our presence at conferences and meetups, assist internal speakers, and closely collaborate with stakeholders to drive engagement across the community. What you’ll do

• Support community and brand activities across Ukraine among developers and other tech professionals.

• End-to-End Project Management: Take full ownership of the project lifecycle for hub initiatives. Define project scopes, set realistic timelines, and track milestones for both creative and operational projects, identifying bottlenecks and unblocking teams to maintain high-velocity output.

Job Description

As a Software Engineer for Wix’s Editor platform, you'll work on building and designing infrastructure to enhance Wix's business solutions, creating scalable APIs, and improving application runtime and UX infrastructure used by millions of users. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Build infrastructure to allow extendability of existing Wix business solutions 
• Design and build APIs for internal and external users 
• Work on application runtime and UX infrastructure used by millions of users 

• Communicate with colleagues inside and outside of the team: R&Ds, developers, UX designers, business analytics managers and more, to align requirements, dependencies, and move things forward 

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Proficient in TypeScript and comfortable with Vanilla JS, React Code, or server JavaScript 
• Skilled in solving complex challenges and delivering robust software design and architecture 
• Knowledge about WebWorkers and iframes 
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code 
• Direct communicator who loves owning a feature from end-to-end 

• Working beyond FED framework knowledge, with API design experience – an advantage

   

About the Team

Editor Platform makes products that the majority of FED developers inside Wix are using. We are developing a powerful and flexible infrastructure for App Development. 

Our main challenge is to find a solution that will empower application experience, and open new capabilities, and horizons for developers inside and outside of Wix. 

Part of our work is making great API, tools and providing platformized UX framework for App Experience.

Job Description

As a Fullstack Infrastructure Engineer in the Frontend Guild, you will build the core engines that power development at Wix. Your work will be used by every frontend engineer to ship faster and with higher quality. You’ll own projects end to end, from idea to production, at massive scale.

• Architect and build internal tools to improve developer velocity and code quality 
• Own infrastructure solutions such as production testing and performance tooling
• Take projects from ideation through design, implementation, and production
• Use AI daily for coding, testing, design, and technical decisions
• Work with modern full-stack technologies and industry-leading tools 
• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers on high-impact projects 

• Influence the developer experience across the company

Requirements

• 4+ years of frontend development experience 
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern build tools (Vite, Next.js, SWC/ESBuild).
• Solid understanding of backend systems (Node.js preferred), including APIs and data flows
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily development
• Professional-level English communication skills
• End-to-end product development experience (frontend, backend, cloud) is a plus

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll work as part of the Wix CTO Office team, researching problems that can give Wix’s products a competitive edge across various challenges. A key focus of the team is on Agents over LLMs, exploring new techniques for building agents and developing innovative products that leverage them.  

In your day-to-day, you will:  

• Build POCs for research projects led by the team  
• Evaluate results and provide actionable insights  
• Collaborate with different teams at Wix to advance their agent implementations  

• Build shared infrastructure for agents  

   

Requirements

• Creativity and willingness to tackle ambitious, high-risk problems  
• 3+ years of experience in working on production code with active users  
• BSc in Computer Science or related field, MSc preferred  
• Proficient in Python; TypeScript is a significant advantage  
• Experience in training and evaluating Machine Learning models  
• Hands-on experience with building GenAI systems using LLMs and agents  
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
