We’re looking for a talented person to join our Development team. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities; the main one is the delivery of projects on all life cycles.

You will work closely with developers, designers, QA's, and clients.

About you

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Product / Delivery Manager, especially with iOS and Android in Outsource companies. 
• Experience in teams of 2-7 persons.
• Understanding of UX patterns of mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of project development life-cycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum.
• Level of English — intermediate+.
• Respect your and our time, and do not apply if you don't have experience in an Outsource company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team and customers.
• Conduct research: user, products, tools (3rd parties); Analyze competitors and follow best practices of the product.
• Set up and lead daily / weekly meetings.
• Be responsible for the result.
• Create user stories and keep project documentation updated.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products are always at the cutting edge of features and design.

Now we’re looking for a Delivery Manager who will bring structure, ownership, and clarity to our growing portfolio of web and mobile projects.

In this role, you will have а real impact on project execution, client satisfaction, and the evolution of delivery processes as the company grows.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end delivery of web and mobile projects
• Planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and scope
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Client communication and expectations management
• Participate in product-level decision-making, including solution validation and UX discussions
• Team workload planning and coordination
• Ensuring delivery predictability and quality standards
• Continuous improvement of delivery processes
• Own delivery across active projects and ensure stable execution
• Work closely with founders and C-level to align priorities and strategy
• Improve delivery processes as the company grows
   

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in IT project or delivery management
• Experience in outsource companies
• Experience managing multiple projects or parallel streams
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with mobile (iOS/Android) and web products
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to manage risks and resolve conflicts
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
