    WeSoftYou is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Sourcer to support the recruitment team in sourcing, pre-screening, and engaging IT specialists for various technical positions within the company.

     

    👉Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Search and identify potential candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Telegram channels, and others.
    • Maintain and update the candidate database in ATS systems (e.g., CleverStaff, Recruiterflow, Zoho Recruit, etc.).
    • Initiate first contact with candidates: send connection requests, introductory messages, and gather basic information (English level, availability, salary expectations).
    • Collaborate closely with recruiters to define the ideal candidate profile and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
    • Track and report sourcing metrics (number of candidates found/contacted/replied) using Google Sheets / Excel.
    • Keep candidate records up to date and ensure data accuracy in internal databases and ATS.
    • Perform Boolean searches and optimize search queries on LinkedIn and Google.
    • Monitor IT market trends, new sourcing tools, and changes in demand for technologies and roles.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sourcing processes.

     

    👉 Requirements:
     

    • Completed or ongoing IT Recruitment / IT Sourcing courses.
    • Basic understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and how they differ.
    • Experience communicating with candidates in English.
    • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or AmazingHiring.

    👉 Responsibilities:

     

    1. Documentation & Process Readiness

    • Create and maintain job descriptions, pre-screen forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices.

     

    2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

    • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
    • Maintain a warm pool of talent for recurring roles (Frontend, Backend, QA, PM, etc.).
    • Use boolean search logic and AI tools to surface relevant profiles quickly and efficiently.

     

    3. Candidate Screening & Evaluation

    • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess soft skills, communication, and culture fit.
    • Coordinate with technical reviewers for skill assessments and gather structured feedback.

     

    4. Stakeholder Communication

    • Collaborate with hiring managers and PMs to understand detailed requirements.
    • Share regular pipeline updates and candidate feedback summaries.

     

    5. Candidate Experience & Feedback

    • Ensure timely and professional candidate communication across all stages.
    • Deliver structured feedback and maintain a high candidate experience standard.

     

    6. Offer Support & Onboarding Coordination

    • Assist with offer prep and negotiations under HR/Legal supervision.

    7. Database & ATS Management

    8. Reporting & KPIs

    👉 Requirements:

     

    • 6+ months of full-cycle recruitment experience in an outsource/outstaff company;
    • Good understanding of the IT Market;
    • Experience in hiring engineers in Ukraine, Europe/Latin America
    • Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

    Requirements:

     

    • 3+ years of experience working with Snowflake (architecture, administration, performance tuning, cost control).
    • Proven track record in Snowflake cost optimization or infrastructure efficiency projects.
    • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, query performance tuning, and compute/storage cost drivers.
    • Experience with monitoring and optimization tools (e.g., Snowflake Usage Views, Snowsight, Sigma, dbt, or similar).
    • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills — ability to translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
    • Availability for hourly-based engagement (5–15 hours/week).

     

    Nice to Have:

     

    • Previous experience contributing to RFPs or pre-sales estimation for data platform projects.
