About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role focuses heavily on outbound prospecting, especially cold calling, to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in building our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls to generate new business opportunities
• Engage and qualify leads through meaningful conversations
• Identify customer needs and position relevant solutions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity and pipeline targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
• Strong conversational English skills (clear, confident, and engaging communication)
• Experience working with or targeting the US market
• Ability to handle objections and navigate conversations effectively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working flexible hours aligned with EST time zones

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and social selling
• Experience running email outreach campaigns
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms

Working Hours

• Primary focus on US (EST) calling hours
• Workday is not entirely call-heavy, but flexibility is required
• Occasional schedule adjustments up to 8:00 PM CET
