We are looking for a talented professional to develop the AI-powered humanoid Kinetic robotics system customized for automotive retail and wholesale services with real-world operational use cases.
This role is fundamental in connecting our proprietary management software running on large language model (LLM) agents to physical kinetics robotic appliances through robotics middleware ROS1/ROS2, real-spaceal simulation environments, embedded control systems, and real humanoid platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on robotics engineering experience involving autonomous robot behavior, robotic navigation, manipulation systems, and sim-to-real deployment workflows for humanoid robots operating in dynamic real-world environments. Experience working with Unitree humanoid robots, Unitree G1/G2/H2, Figure 02/03, NEO 1X and Agibot Yuanzheng A2 platforms, will be given higher consideration.

Responsibilities:
- Building workflow and processes in simulation application with multi-level testing
- Integrate an existing LLM agent with ROS2-based robotic systems and middleware architectures
- Design and implement tool-calling interfaces that translate AI outputs into physical robot actions and autonomous robotic behaviors
- Build, configure, and maintain robotics simulation environments (Isaac Sim / MuJoCo / Gazebo / NVIDIA Omniverse) with emphasis on real-space simulation accuracy and sim-to-real deployment readiness
- Develop and test humanoid robot behaviors in simulation, including navigation, object manipulation, environmental interaction, and household or real-world task automation workflows
- Work with Unitree humanoid robotics platforms, including Unitree G1/G2/H2, Figure 02/03, NEO 1X and Agibot Yuanzheng A2 robots, for integration, behavior testing, motion control, and real-world deployment validation
- Debug, iterate, and improve robot control logic, autonomy systems, perception pipelines, and middleware communication architectures
- Support sim-to-real transfer, including calibration, hardware validation, locomotion tuning, and performance optimization on physical humanoid robots
- Collaborate closely with hardware, embedded systems, AI, and robotics engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration between simulation and real-world robotic environments
- Assist in robotic navigation, localization, motion planning, and manipulation system development for autonomous task execution
- Collaborate on low-level hardware interaction and onboard compute integration using platforms such as NVIDIA Jetson and STM32-based systems
- Contribute to robotics software architecture decisions for scalable AI-driven humanoid robotics deployment
- Support robotics prototyping, kinematic analysis, motion system validation, and system testing workflows using MATLAB and CAD-based development processes
- Assist in sensor integration, actuator control, robotic perception systems, and robotics communication layers across ROS / ROS 1 / ROS 2 ecosystems
- Participate in real-world robotic deployment testing involving autonomous learning workflows and physical environment interaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong several years experience with ROS2 (topics, services, actions, TF2) and familiarity with broader ROS / ROS 1 robotics ecosystems
- Proficiency in Python (async programming, APIs, system integration)
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM systems with real-world robotic or automation applications
- Strong experience with robotics simulation tools such as Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, or NVIDIA Omniverse
- Real-space simulation experience involving autonomous robotic systems and sim-to-real validation workflows
- Understanding of robot kinematics, locomotion systems, motion planning, robotic navigation, localization, manipulation systems, and sensor feedback loops
- Experience developing or deploying autonomous robotic behaviors in real-world environments
- Experience working with Linux (Ubuntu) environments
- Strong debugging, robotics middleware, and distributed system integration skills
- Familiarity with onboard robotic compute platforms such as NVIDIA Jetson
- Exposure to embedded systems, microcontroller integration, or hardware communication protocols
- Good English communication skills (minimum B1/B2 level)
Preferred / Advantageous Experience:
- Experience working with Unitree robotics platforms and Unitree SDKs
- Hands-on experience with Unitree G1, G2, and H2 humanoid robots
- Experience developing humanoid robot behaviors involving locomotion, navigation, manipulation, or autonomous task execution
- Familiarity with OpenClaw or similar robotic manipulation frameworks
- Prior sim-to-real transfer experience in robotics projects
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning (RL) in robotic control systems and autonomous learning workflows
- Experience with household robotics, service robotics, or real-world robotic task automation systems
- Experience with AR/VR systems, haptics integration, or immersive robotics simulation workflows
- Exposure to humanoid robotics, dexterous manipulation systems, or embodied AI platforms
- Experience with embedded systems development using STM32 or related microcontroller platforms
- Familiarity with VHDL or low-level hardware interfacing for robotics and control systems
- Experience using MATLAB for robotics modeling, simulation, or algorithm development
- Familiarity with CAD tools and robotics prototyping workflows
- Experience deploying robotics or AI workloads on NVIDIA-based edge computing platforms
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or R&D environments
