We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who is passionate about our vision and willing to go the extra mile for the client.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize email automations (flows, triggers, delays, "If/Else" scenarios).
• Work with platforms: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp.
• Create campaigns: regular (Regular) and automated (Automation).
• Generate content: for email newsletters, automations, cold outreach, and engagement campaigns.
• Segment contact lists and build target audiences (existing and cold).
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion rate).
• Develop email designs (Drag-and-drop, HTML/CSS, mobile optimization).
• Set up accounts and integrations: domain verification, basic deliverability, website integration.
• Collaborate with teams for the execution of email campaigns and integrations.

Required Skills:

Email Automation Skills:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Understanding of automation logic and customer journey building.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation principles and deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Basic HTML skills for email (a plus).
   

Content & Marketing Skills:

• Ability to write conversion-driven copy and adapt tone of voice for different audiences.
• Generate ideas for campaigns and email series.
• Understanding of cold list warming principles.
   

Design Skills:

• Understanding of color, typography, and composition.
• Ability to work with email templates (Canva, Figma).
   

Technical & Process Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to test and debug campaigns.
• Experience with integrations (CRM, website, forms).
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with A/B testing.
• Experience with SMS marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce or health & wellness niches.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, consent management.

We are looking for an SEO specialist who is passionate about our vision and willing to go the extra mile for the client. We need a specialist who is eager to learn and acquire new skills.

As an SEO specialist, you will be responsible for:

• analyzing the business needs of our clients and their web resources for organic promotion;
• conducting SEO audits and implementing SEO changes on the client’s site;
• developing and executing SEO promotion strategies;
• creating and managing SEO content plans and content;
• working on increasing the external link building of the client’s site;
• monitoring the progress and results of the projects;
• improving the online funnels for our clients;
• collaborating with other contractors/subcontractors (programmers, designers, copywriters, sales managers, etc.)

To apply for this position, you need:

• at least 2-3 years of work experience in SEO optimization;
• experience with copy-writing and linkbuilding;
• proficiency in Google Seach Console, Analytics, Serpstat (Semrush, Ahrefs);
• basic knowledge of Google, Facebook, Instagram advertising (optional);
• English level of B1 or higher;
• quick learning ability and desire to achieve measurable results;

We’re looking for a talented Python Developer to join our on-site team in Lviv Office and work directly with the CEO to bring our core product vision to life.

Your Role
As our backend developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain FastAPI-based services powering our automation engine
• Build scalable async operations using asyncio (Python 3.10+)
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries
• Integrate with major advertising APIs (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on product features, strategy, and architecture
• Own key components of the platform and help shape the roadmap
• Contribute to a fast-moving, product-driven team onsite

What We're Looking For

• Core: Strong experience with Python 3.10+ and deep understanding of asyncio for building high-performance asynchronous applications.
• Frameworks: Experience with FastAPI and Pydantic (v2).
• Databases: Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and schema management.
• ORM: Familiarity with Tortoise ORM is a big plus. Experience with SQLAlchemy or Django ORM is also valuable.
• Migrations: Proficiency with Aerich or Alembic for database migrations.
• Testing: Experience writing tests using Pytest to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Infrastructure: Experience working with Docker, CI/CD pipelines for automating deployments.
• Background Tasks & Scheduling:
  • Experience with background task management using tools like Redis, RabbitMQ, or Taskiq (ideal, or Celery as a fallback).
  • Understanding of scheduling tasks with Cron Jobs for data synchronization and periodic operations.
• External APIs: Experience working with Google Ads API, Google API Client, and Webhooks. Familiarity with other external APIs is an advantage.
  • Understanding of error handling, retries (using Tenacity), rate limiting (e.g., Leaky Bucket), and timeout management.
• System Design: Solid understanding of building modular systems, designing database structures, data flows between services, and queuing systems that scale efficiently.
• OOP & Clean Code: Knowledge of SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles. Experience implementing design patterns such as Strategy, Repository, and Factory.

Nice to Have:

• NoSQL: Experience with MongoDB.
• AI Integration: Experience working with OpenAI API, LangChain, or OpenRouter.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, S3, or DigitalOcean.
