WLTech.AI (formerly WebLab Technology) is a remote-first software development company that has been building products since 2013. We create solutions for mid-sized and enterprise businesses, with clients including AstraZeneca, Novartis, Pfizer, ING, Philips, Emaar Properties, and others across Europe and the USA.

We are now looking for a Copywriter to join our team. You’ll be working with technical topics (mainly AI) and employer branding, helping to shape the voice of WLTech.AI across different platforms.

What you will do:

• Write articles and posts for LinkedIn and the WLTech.AI blog.
• Work with technical topics (mostly AI) and employer branding.
• Create case studies and adapt them for social media.
• Suggest new topics for posts and blog articles, build content plans.
• Brainstorm illustration ideas together with a designer.
• Write texts for presentations, landing pages, and slides (occasionally).
• Launch LinkedIn promo campaigns to grow the company’s follower base.
• Support internal communications (Slack texts).
• Develop and expand partnerships with IT clusters and professional communities.
• Explore opportunities to participate in industry recognitions and technology awards programs.
• Promote WLTech.AI content externally by pitching articles and case studies to industry media, amplifying posts in relevant professional communities, and coordinating PR outreach to strengthen visibility.
   

What we expect:

• Proven experience in writing within IT / tech / B2B domains.
• Ability to adapt tone and style depending on the platform (blog, articles, LinkedIn, presentations).
• Skill in diving into new topics quickly and communicating ideas clearly.
• English proficiency: B2–C1.
• Comfortable working with editorial feedback.
  
   

Nice to have:

• Understanding of artificial intelligence topics.
• Experience writing product or technical content.
• Experience creating texts for personal branding.
• Ability to build structured texts from scratch.
• Proven experience in PR/SMM/Communications.

Чим потрібно буде займатися на даній позиції?

1. Internal HR: організація onboarding та offboarding процесів, проведення 1:1, допомога у створенні і контроль за виконанням development планів, організація і проведення опитувань (360 review, Gallup Q12 та інших).

2. Team operations: комунікація з командою, планування дзвінків, робота зі звітами, купівля техніки, облік вихідних.

3. Event Management: вітання співробітників зі святами, організація тімбілдінгів та інших активностей. 

4. Recruiting: публікація вакансій, обробка відгуків, пошук кандидатів, видача і контроль за виконанням відбіркових завдань кандидатів, передача фідбеку кандидатам, планування інтерв'ю, проведення HR інтервʼю, підготовка і відправка офферу за затвердженими умовами, пошук та організація зустрічей із консультантами, зовнішніми виконавцями. 

Необхідні навички:
1. Досвід роботи на позиції HR/Recruiter від 2 років (від 0,5 року - в IT сфері).

2. Досвід роботи з Google Sheets, Google Docs, календарями (з будь-якою HR tool - буде плюсм).

3. Структурний, системний підхід до задач та орієнтація на результат.

4. Високий рівень особистої організації.

5. Розуміння IT ринку.
6. Бажання розвиватись в HR напрямку.
7. Reading/Writing English В1.

8. Високий рівень професійної емпатії.
