    The Integrator ensures that WebCap Digitals functions as one cohesive system. The Integrator’s success is measured by organizational health.

    Requirements

    1. Familiarity with Ichak Adizes’ PAEI framework
    2. Coaching, organizational psychology, or leadership development background.
    3. Familiarity with Agile methodology
    4. High emotional intelligence and neutrality
    5. Ability to influence without formal authority
    6. Deep listening and facilitation skills
    7. Conflict mediation capability
    8. 3+ years of experience in digital / tech environments

    Responsibilities

    1. Recruiting

      2. Search and shortlist candidates based on predefined by Departments’ Heads recruiting requests
      3. Participate in one interview focused on values & collaboration
