PROJECT: We are a software and design studio working on Linux and open source, with a globally distributed team, concentrated in Ukraine and spread around the world. You administer our systems and keep them running: Nextcloud, our Docker-based services, Gogs, Redmine, Strapi, our website hosting and the usual Linux infrastructure. You automate routine tasks and document your work so the team can rely on it.

REQUIREMENTS: Solid experience administering Linux servers (Debian or Ubuntu). Confident on the command line and with shell scripting. Practical Docker and Docker Compose experience. Nextcloud administration. Experience with Git (Gogs or similar). Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, reverse proxy). You document what you do, clearly and reliably. You actively use AI tools in your daily work (we use Claude) for scripting, troubleshooting and documentation. Good English (reading and writing).

NICE TO HAVE: Web hosting and CMS administration (Strapi or similar). Redmine administration. Nginx as reverse proxy and TLS certificate handling. WireGuard or other VPN setups. Backup strategies and restore testing. Basic monitoring and CI.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Operating and maintaining our systems (Nextcloud, Gogs, Redmine, Strapi, website hosting, Docker-based services). Handling updates and patches. Setting up and testing backups. Light monitoring. Documenting the infrastructure so it stays maintainable for the whole team.

With over 40 years of experience in software development, we build applications that work, from augmented reality apps for cultural institutions to industrial solutions and now a security-focused messenger. We are a small, international team that values clean code, open-source principles and direct communication over corporate processes. We work exclusively on Linux with open-source collaboration tools.
