For the launch and growth of a new digital messenger focused on real connections, security, privacy, and matching, we are looking for international support in social media, content creation, and performance marketing.

We are looking for someone who understands how to make a digital product visible through social media, build reach, and turn that reach into measurable registrations and users.

Your responsibilities

• Take over and further develop our existing social media activities
• Strategically build and manage our channels, especially Instagram and Facebook
• Develop content ideas, Reels, Stories, campaigns, and recurring formats
• Create and design social media content
• Continue working with our existing AI-supported design and content processes, including Claude Design
• Use additional modern AI tools for images, videos, design, copy, and content production
• Suggest better tools, workflows, or production methods whenever you see opportunities for improvement
• Plan and organize content, ideally using Metricool
• Set up and manage Meta Ads
• Develop and test different hooks, creatives, videos, and messages
• Analyze results and continuously optimize performance
• Document reach, video retention, clicks, registrations, and other relevant KPIs
• Coordinate content, campaigns, and results with our team
• Develop your own ideas for increasing awareness and accelerating user growth

How we want to work

We have already started developing the strategy, design direction, content ideas, and initial processes. You will build on this foundation, understand what is already in place, and develop it further together with us.

You are not expected to continue everything exactly as it is. If your experience tells you that other tools, formats, workflows, or approaches would work better, we want to hear those ideas.

Monday: Plan the week, content, campaigns, and tests
Friday: Review the results, document learnings, and define the next actions

Especially during the initial phase, we want to test a lot and quickly understand which content and messages actually work.

What you should bring

• Strong practical knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
• Experience with Reels, Stories, organic reach, and current social media mechanisms and best practices
• Experience with paid advertising and Meta Ads
• Confidence in analyzing performance data and marketing KPIs
• Experience with Metricool or comparable social media management tools
• Marketing experience, ideally including product marketing
• Experience with AI-assisted content production
• A strong eye for design and visual communication
• A very good understanding of how to attract attention and turn it into action
• An independent, creative, and proactive way of working

We are especially interested in you if you have already:

• successfully built or grown an Instagram or Facebook account
• worked as a creator or influencer
• marketed a brand, app, startup, or other product through social media
• achieved measurable results such as reach, leads, users, downloads, or sales

We would therefore be happy to see specific examples and results from previous projects.

Language and location

We are hiring internationally. Your location is not important to us.

German language skills are a major advantage, but not a requirement. It is especially valuable if you have already worked with the German or DACH market and understand the audience.

We also have additional support within the team for the German-speaking market.

Compensation and participation in growth

In addition to fixed compensation, we would like to offer performance-based bonus payments.

We would define the exact measurement model together with you. Possible targets could include:

• user growth
• pre-registrations
• app downloads
• active users
• growth in reach
• successful campaigns and conversions

The idea behind this is simple: If you actively contribute to the growth of the brand, you should benefit directly from that growth as well.

Especially at this early stage, this creates an opportunity not only to take on a fixed role, but also to grow together with the product and earn additional bonuses when measurable growth is achieved.

What you can expect

You will not be joining an empty project. The strategy, design direction, initial content, and working processes are already in place.

At the same time, the product is still at a stage where you can have a real influence on how it grows and how the brand develops.

We are therefore looking for someone who can take over what already exists, but also has the confidence and experience to say:

“This works well, let’s keep it. I would change this. And this is something we should definitely test.”
