We are seeking an HR Specialist to provide operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with UK employment law, and high-quality service delivery. While based in Scotland, this role will also support HR activities for the London team and contribute to Group HR initiatives as part of a connected international HR community.

This is an ideal role for someone with a solid HR foundation who is eager to grow through hands-on exposure across all areas of human resources, close collaboration with international teams, and active involvement in day-to-day HR operations—focusing on building strong processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting a smooth employee experience across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, contracts, and documentation in line with GDPR requirements
• Coordinate updates for payroll and ensure smooth monthly processing
• Support with HR cost controlling for the UK
• Prepare HR correspondence, employment contracts, and onboarding materials
• Manage recruitment for junior and mid‑level positions, coordinating job postings, CV screening, and interview logistics
• Deliver an effective onboarding experience for new hires across both the Scotland and London teams
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, policies, procedures, and basic employee relations matters
• Support case management activities including probation reviews and attendance processes under the guidance of senior HR colleagues
• Provide consistent HR support to line managers and employees across both Scotland and London
• Ensure local execution of policies while maintaining alignment with UK- and Group-wide practices
• Organise training sessions and maintain training and development records
• Support the rollout and coordination of Group initiatives
• Assist with cyclical HR activities including performance reviews, salary review inputs, and workforce reporting
• Support local engagement actions and contribute to Group HR programmes such as reward, wellbeing, culture, diversity & inclusion, and internal communications
• Collaborate with Group HR colleagues to ensure alignment of local implementation with global HR strategy
• Act as backup for HR administrative tasks in other countries when needed
• Own Group administrative processes and contribute to local or Group projects as instructed by line manager

• Any other tasks as needed by the HR team

   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
• Working knowledge of UK employment law
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and good communication skills
• Experience with HRIS platforms. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Basic understanding of HR metrics and reporting

We are seeking an Accountant to support the operational execution of accounting activities for the Spanish entity, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and alignment with Group procedures and deadlines.

This is an ideal role for someone with a solid accounting foundation who is eager to grow through hands-on financial operations, process improvement, and close collaboration with group finance teams—focusing on accurate reporting, compliance, and building strong, reliable financial processes that support long-term business stability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting activities for the Spanish entity (general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury)
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and data
• Actively support monthly, quarterly and annual closings in line with local and Group deadlines
• Act as the main point of contact with the local Spanish team and with the tax firm
• Ensure compliance with Spanish accounting and tax regulations
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review bank reconciliations
• Prepare and submit accounting reporting to HQ in Italy
• Support the implementation and compliance with Group accounting procedures

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting and cross-country reporting processes

   

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in international environments
• Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations
• Ability to work with Group procedures and deadlines
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems / ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred)
• High level of autonomy, accuracy and reliability
• Spanish : fluent (native or professional level)
• English: professional level for reporting to HQ
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience in multinational groups or multiple legal entities

• Familiarity with closing and audit processes
