We’re hiring a Social Media Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of our social channels for a fast-growing DTC wellness brand. This role is about consistency and quality: reviewing and adapting AI-generated content, managing the content calendar, publishing on time, keeping comment sections clean and on-brand, and tracking basic performance.
You’ll remove operational friction from the workflow so senior team members can focus on strategy, experimentation, and growth.

What is currently broken, slow, missing, or risky?
Daily publishing, content hygiene, research, and comment moderation currently rely too heavily on senior attention. This creates execution drag, slows iteration, and pulls focus away from high-impact work.

Why does the team need this role now?
We need someone to fully own publishing, engagement hygiene, and basic analytics so we can keep a steady output across channels and scale execution without sacrificing brand tone or quality.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Own the review, adaptation, and publishing of AI-generated content across social channels
    • Own the content calendar and ensure consistent, on-time publishing
    • Monitor basic performance metrics and maintain regular reporting
    • Moderate and respond to comments while volume is manageable, maintaining brand tone and engagement quality
    • Own day-to-day social media operations and creator coordination workflows

    Must-have

    • Fluent English (written and spoken)
    • Hands-on experience managing social media publishing workflows
    • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
    • Comfort working with AI-generated content and digital tools
    • Ability to follow brand tone and guidelines consistently

    Nice-to-have

    • Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment or in wellness, health brands
    • Familiarity with UGC workflows or creator coordination
    • Basic understanding of short-form content performance metrics

As the company scales, operational load increases across customer communication, fulfilment coordination, and internal admin work. Without clear ownership of these routine but critical tasks, senior team members get pulled into day-to-day execution, customer issues escalate late, and small operational gaps turn into bigger problems.

This role exists to protect operational focus and execution speed by owning customer-facing communication and supporting daily operational tasks, ensuring that issues are handled quickly, data is accurate, and the operations team can focus on higher-impact work.

    What this person will do

    • Own day-to-day customer communication across email, chat, and internal tools
    • Handle customer requests related to:

      - Orders and order status,

      - Subscriptions and billing questions,

      - Delivery issues, delays, and complaints

    • Escalate non-standard or operational issues clearly and on time, with context and proposed next steps
    • Support fulfilment and operations execution:

      - Coordinate with fulfilment partners and suppliers on routine topics

      - Track deliveries, order statuses, and operational follow-ups

      - Help resolve issues between customers, fulfilment, and internal teams

    • Assist the operations team with internal support tasks:

      - Data entry and system updates

      - Basic reporting and operational tracking

      - Document preparation and maintenance

      - Keeping trackers, logs, and task lists up to date

    • Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and problem-solving to unblock the team and keep operations running smoothly
    •

    Must-have

    • 1-3+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or admin roles
    • Strong written communication skills and customer-first mindset
    • High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing accuracy
    • Comfortable working with multiple tools (email, spreadsheets, task trackers, internal systems)
    • Able to escalate issues clearly and without emotional noise

    Nice-to-have

    • Experience in e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics, or subscription-based businesses
    • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, CRMs, or helpdesk systems
    • Experience working in fast-moving teams where priorities can shift
    • Understanding of basic operational processes and dependencies

This role exists to protect clarity, credibility, and brand trust by owning high-quality copywriting, editing, and fact-checking, so the team can scale content and conversion without errors, contradictions, or shaky claims.

    • Growth and Design teams trust copy to be accurate, on-brand, and publication-ready

    After 2 months:

    • A clear editorial standard exists and is consistently applied across channels
    • Messaging quality scales without erosion of trust or clarity

We’re scaling a high-volume newsletter business and are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to own the infrastructure that powers our growth.

This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the technical foundation behind our newsletter operations: accounts, domains, access environments, templates, and workflows. Think of it as running a production-grade newsletter factory — fast, repeatable, secure, and resilient.

You will operate hands-on. Speed matters. Precision matters. Stability matters even more.
The goal is to reliably launch and maintain 10+ new newsletter setups per week without creating long-term risk or operational debt.

This is not a support role and not a coordination role. You will personally execute, document, standardize, and improve the systems that allow the company to scale.

    Key Responsibilities

    Account & Platform Operations

    • Create, configure, and maintain accounts across newsletter and supporting platforms at scale
    • Manage access securely using multilogin or isolated browser environments
    • Ensure consistent setup standards across all new accounts

    Infrastructure & Risk Management

    • Set up and maintain proxy infrastructure for safe, segmented operations
    • Understand platform constraints, enforcement patterns, and failure modes
    • Design setups that minimize flags, downtime, and operational risk

    Domains & DNS Management

    • Register and manage domains used for newsletter operations
    • Configure DNS correctly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, routing, platform connections)
    • Maintain clean domain organization and lifecycle management

    Templates & Standardization

    • Build and maintain standardized templates for newsletter setups
    • Work in structured batches (5–10 at a time) to maximize speed and consistency
    • Document repeatable workflows and setup logic

    Maintenance, Monitoring & Troubleshooting

    • Monitor accounts and infrastructure for issues (logins, domains, platform errors)
    • Troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly to keep operations running
    • Identify weak points in the setup and proactively improve them

    Automation & Scale

    • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
    • Implement scripts, tools, or integrations to reduce manual work
    • Continuously improve speed without sacrificing stability

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in high-volume account or platform setup (email platforms, SaaS tools, ad platforms, or similar environments)
    • Strong understanding of multilogin setups, environment isolation, and proxy usage
    • Hands-on experience with domains and DNS management
    • Comfortable working with fast, repetitive, precision-critical processes
    • Strong attention to detail — small mistakes create large problems at scale
    • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
    • English level: C1 (required)

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with scripting or automation (Python, n8n, Zapier, similar tools)
    • Experience supporting growth, marketing, or publishing teams
    • Strong documentation habits (SOPs, checklists, internal guides)
