Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources Management in the IT sphere.
• Proficiency in using HRM systems (or HRIS) to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
• Good understanding of HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address resource challenges and needs.
• Strong organizational skills with unwavering attention to detail.
• Intermediate+ level of English.
• Ability to multitask, process data, provide reports, and give presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the entire HR process cycle (onboarding, 1:1 meetings, adaptation period, offboarding, risk mitigation, etc.)
• Partner with managers to resolve team-related issues and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the HR team to drive strategic goals and deliver solutions that support team and business success.
• Work closely with the team on the development and implementation of HR procedures.
• Coordinate the performance review and feedback process.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the benefits package and other HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and team members’ experience.
