We are looking for an experienced SMM Manager to lead and execute social media strategies for our products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in content creation, community engagement, and performance-driven social media growth, preferably within DeFi, gaming, or crypto projects.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an SMM Manager or Social Media Specialist;
• Experience in developing a custom strategy for promoting and implementing SMM projects;
• Experience in launch and optimization of advertising campaigns on FB, Instagram, Twitter, etc.;
• The ability to find and create useful thematic content and interestingly present it;
• Capability to write in different styles;
• Logical and correct thoughts expression in writing;
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2)or higher.
• Experience in promoting DeFi, gaming, or crypto products is a strong advantage.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Creation and design of pages in social networks;
• Analysis of the target audience;
• Develop the promotion strategy;
• Build up a content plan;
• Deep work with communities and accounts in popular social networks;
• Prepare and optimize graphic images for publication in social networks;
• Attracting new users and retention of old ones;
• Communication with the subscribers (answering questions, comments);
• Conducting various activities in the company’s community;
• Analysis of the current information environment — thematic media, trends, influencers;
• Monitoring competitors and their activity;
• Work with internal community analytics in social networks;
• Making reports;
• Setting up targeted advertisement.

Work Environment Information:

• Full-time employment, working time 9am-6pm/ 10am-7pm;
