1st Line Support Engineer (Telecom) — Remote / Office

VX Telecom is looking for a Junior / 1st Line Support Engineer.
We are open to candidates without prior telecom experience — training is provided.

Responsibilities:
• Work with trouble tickets and live chat with partners
• Monitor company systems and network performance
• Escalate incidents to senior engineers when needed

VX Telecom is looking for a Junior Account Manager with English B2+ to work in the international wholesale voice & SMS market.
No prior telecom experience required — full training provided.

Key points:

• Daily communication with international partners (mostly written)
• No client sourcing or cold sales
• Office/hybrid format (remote possible after probation)
• Paid probation (3 months)
• Salary: $500 + 10% commission from profit

For specialists with established portfolios, commission usually makes up a larger — often significantly larger — part of total compensation.
