What You’ll Do

• Develop & scale our Amazon affiliate acquisition strategy.
• Negotiate & optimize partnerships to ensure maximum ROI.
• Realize affiliate deals to maximize ROI while ensuring sustainable partnerships.
• Monitor, analyze & optimize key metrics (conversion rates, CPA, ROI etc.) using data-driven insights.
• Work closely with other teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
• Stay ahead of Amazon’s affiliate trends, competitive strategies & industry innovations.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of building & scaling affiliate programs with measurable success.
• B2+ English proficiency – comfortable in negotiations & communication with international partners.
• Data-driven mindset – ability to analyze performance & make strategic optimizations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented & proactive – you take ownership & get things done.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Pay Per Call & Leadgen affiliate programs (preferred).

• Understanding of Amazon Marketplace & its affiliate ecosystem.
