We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer capable of taking technical ownership, making independent decisions, and ensuring reliable delivery of complex, production-ready solutions. We expect a highly skilled engineer who can drive results, structure development processes, and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Core Requirements

📌 English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

📌 6+ years of commercial experience with key technologies:

• Node.js
• AWS Lambda!
• Vue.js
• React.js
• Python

📌 Commercial experience with additional technologies:

• TypeScript
• Redux
• Express.js
• NestJS
• REST API / GraphQL

• PostgreSQL

   

Senior-Level Expectations

The candidate must demonstrate advanced technical maturity and hands-on experience with:

• Launching live production projects and supporting production environments.
• Solving complex technical challenges and optimizing system architecture.
• Independent decision-making in technical matters with minimal supervision.
• Leadership skills, including guiding and coordinating development teams.
• Code quality control (code reviews, enforcing coding standards).
• Technical risk management, identifying potential issues and mitigation strategies.
• Effort and timeline estimation for features and development tasks.
• Participation in release planning, coordinating the technical delivery process.

Key Personal Qualities

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Analytical thinking and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
