    About Us

    VirtuWise is a rapidly growing company specializing in innovative B2B sales solutions, lead generation, and client relationship development.

    We work with fintech, licensing, open banking technologies, and emerging digital industries.

    We are now looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to strengthen our team and drive growth within fintech and licensing projects.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, engage, and onboard new partners in fintech, payments, licensing, open banking.
    • Conduct lead qualification, sales calls, negotiations, and presentations.
    • Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
    • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and propose expansion strategies.
    • Manage and develop a team of SDRs / Lead Generation Specialists / Researchers.
    • Participate in the creation and execution of the company’s sales strategy.
    • Work closely with C-level, product, and compliance teams.

     

    Requirements

    • 1+ year of experience in Sales or Business Development (B2B preferred).
    • Understanding of payment solutions, fintech, or licensing—nice to have but not mandatory.
    • Experience working with clients in Gambling, Betting, Forex, Cryptoexchange is an advantage.
    • Strong negotiation skills, including communication with C-level executives.
    • Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (C1) — written & spoken.
    • Experience leading SDR/LeadGen teams is a plus.
    • Proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and result-driven personality.

    We partner with game development studios, SaaS companies, Web3 projects, digital agencies, and funded startups that want to focus on growth.


    We are now looking for a Project Manager who combines the functions of an account manager and an operations coordinator.

    Your role is to be the central hub of project operations—from English-speaking client communication to managing the internal team (lead gen, research, content, analytics).

     

     

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with clients in English: regular updates, reports, calls
    • Set tasks and monitor their execution for the internal team (Jira / Asana / CRM)
    • Organize workflows: syncs, deadlines, quality control
    • Prepare project reports and perform basic KPI analysis
    • Help develop and optimize internal processes together with the team lead

     

    You are the ideal candidate if you:

    • Have 1+ year of project management experience (B2B sales experience is required)
    • Speak and write English fluently — B2+/C1
    • Can structure information, prioritize, and stay focused
    • Are self-organized, autonomous, and proactive
    • Have experience working with clients, teams, task trackers, and basic CRM (a plus)
