RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads for our software and engineering services.
- Monitor job boards, project listings, and company announcements for relevant opportunities.
- Conduct outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and cold calling where appropriate.
- Leverage your industry network to connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Research and identify client needs to align our services with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities using CRM tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- A strong network of industry connections and the ability to expand it.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving successful deals.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative lead generation strategies.

- Familiarity with software services like, web and mobile app development, cybersecurity, AI development or mechanical engineering.
