We develop acoustic systems that can determine the location of enemy artillery fire by its sound.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will set up sales processes in Ukraine, grow the team, and open new international opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional capture strategy for Ukraine and nearby EU markets.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities in defence, security, and industrial sectors.
- Lead proposals, bids, and tender submissions for military, MoD, EU/NATO, and OEM partners.
- Engage with government agencies, integrators, and partners to shape requirements and position solutions.
- Coordinate demos, exhibitions, and technical presentations with engineering teams.
- Oversee sales pipeline and CRM for accurate forecasts.
- Work with legal and finance to close contracts smoothly.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships β ideally in IT, deep tech, or high-tech products.
- Skilled at selling technical, engineering-heavy solutions; ready to apply this in defence/MilTech.
- Proven success closing complex B2B or enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Motivated to grow the Ukrainian MilTech sector and learn defence procurement processes (RFI, RFP, ITT, MoD, EU/NATO).
- Excellent communication in Ukrainian and English.
- Able to work independently, manage field activities, coordinate demos, and travel.
- High ethical standards; compliant with export control, dual-use, and security regulations.
Nice to Have (not mandatory)
- Prior service in the Armed Forces or involvement in defence tech projects.
- Experience with defence, security, or dual-use technologies (e.g., AI/ML, sensing, robotics, geospatial tools).
- Experience working with government clients or regulated industries.
- A network within Ukrainian or EU defence, security, or tech communities.
