We’re looking for a creative video editor focused on performance ads, not cinematic production.

Our product is a fitness mobile app (Saas)
Your task is simple and clear: produce ad creatives at scale.

This role is about:

• speed
• consistency
• understanding what works in paid ads

Not about “art for art’s sake”.

What you’ll do

• Create short-form video ads (TikTok / Reels / Meta)
• Edit videos using our ready workout content library
• Analyze competitor ads (we provide access to analytics tools)
• Replicate and adapt proven ad formats
• Create hooks, captions, simple on-screen text
• Produce creatives in batches (daily / weekly)
• Create static or simple animated banners
• Use AI tools to speed up scripts, ideas, and content

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / AE or similar)
• Understanding of performance marketing basics
• Ability to work independently and deliver on time
• Focus on volume and results, not perfection
• Basic English (texts are simple)

Work format

• Remote
• Long-term cooperation
• Stable workload

Volume

• Start: 10–20 videos per week or ~50 videos per month

Payment

• Fixed monthly payment or per-creative model (discussed after test task)

Position:
Product / Project Manager (IT, Mobile Apps)

Format: Remote
Salary: $1,000–2,000 per month (with growth potential)

Responsibilities:

• Manage development of mobile apps and web products
• Create and track tasks for developers, designers, contractors
• Control timelines and delivery quality
• Implement growth experiments (onboarding flows, funnels, A/B tests)
• Maintain product backlog
• Focus on onboarding optimization
• Growth experiments
• Analytics-driven decisions
• Improve user experience and conversion flows
• Work with product analytics and user behavior data
• Coordinate team and report to founders

Requirements:

• Experience in IT projects (mobile apps or web services)
• Understanding of product development lifecycle
• Ability to work with developers and write clear tasks
• Basic UX/UI understanding
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Result-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

• SaaS or subscription product experience
• Analytics tools experience (Firebase, GA, Amplitude, etc.)
• Growth experimentation background
