    As a Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our team and culture. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, find candidates who align with our values and goals, and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring process. Your expertise in sourcing, assessing, and presenting top-tier talent will directly impact our company’s growth and success.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
    • Source and attract candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who match both the technical and cultural fit for our company.
    • Conduct interviews to assess soft skills, technical skills, and alignment with company values.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout recruitment, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
    • Maintain and optimize recruitment tools, systems, and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on hard-to-find skill sets.
    • Promote our employer brand by showcasing our values, culture, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
    • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.

     

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Recruiter (3+ years) within the fintech industry is a must.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques, with a creative and proactive approach to finding top talent.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards).
    • A keen eye for cultural fit and alignment with company values.
    • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • A passion for people, problem-solving, and building great teams.

     

    Good to Have:

    • Experience working with SEA markets (Thailand/ Malaysia/ Vietnam)

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
    • Proactively identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job platforms, communities, and Boolean search techniques.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs, with focus on hard‑to‑find technical and business roles.
    • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, screening calls, and nurturing cadences.
    • Track sourcing metrics (e.g., response rate, pipeline velocity) and optimize processes over time.
    • Coordinate with branding/marketing to enhance employer presence on social media, events, and relevant forums.
    • Stay updated on sourcing trends, tooling, and competitive market intelligence.
    • Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in the ATS.

     

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in active sourcing, ideally within FinTech sectors (tech and non-tech roles).
    • Strong skills in Boolean search, X-ray, talent pipelining, and outreach messaging.
    • Experience using sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AI, etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
    • Proactive, resourceful, and metrics‑driven mindset.
    • Positive attitude, adaptable, and collaborative.
