    I run several small businesses and products and also consult for a few companies on product development and strategy. I previously founded, grew, and sold a software development agency: so there's a lot going on at any given time. I need someone to help me bring order to the chaos and execute on marketing tasks I know exactly how to do but don't have the time for.

    ## What is the job about?
    This is a hybrid Admin Assistant + Marketing Executor role. You'll support me across multiple businesses and projects with two types of work:

    Admin & operations β€” the unglamorous but essential stuff: bookkeeping tasks, organizing documents, managing inboxes, preparing presentations, matching invoices to transactions, and keeping things from falling through the cracks.

    Marketing execution β€” following clear directions (and sometimes figuring things out yourself) to get marketing work done: scheduling social media posts, sourcing leads, researching influencers, preparing demos, creating AI-generated promo videos, reaching out to partners, and more.

    You do NOT need to be a marketing expert. You need to be sharp, resourceful, and able to follow instructions well... while also having enough taste and initiative to move things forward without me micromanaging every step.

    What will you be doing?
    In no particular order:
    - Bookkeeping support β€” uploading invoices, matching bank transactions, reconciling spreadsheets
    - Lead research β€” using tools I'll provide to find and compile prospect lists based on criteria (company size, industry, location, etc.)
    - Influencer & partnership outreach β€” researching potential partners, reaching out according to templates we define together, managing relationships
    - Demo preparation β€” setting up product demos for leads/customers following given instructions
    - Content & social media β€” creating posting schedules, defining what gets posted when, using AI tools to generate promotional videos
    - Email/support inbox management β€” responding to questions, investigating user issues with internal tools, drafting responses for approval
    - GTM support β€” reaching out to targets for consulting initiatives, light negotiation, keeping me in the loop
    - Partner program management β€” keeping a webpage updated, onboarding new partners
    - A variety of other admin + marketing tasks β€” these will evolve as we go

    What does the engagement look like?
    This is not a traditional role with a manual you follow every day. The tasks change daily. Some days are boring and repetitive. Other days are creative and strategic. You need to be comfortable with both.
    I'm juggling a lot and won't always have time for long briefings. You'll often get short instructions (or video walkthroughs) and need to run with them. Initiative matters enormously here.

    ## How many hours? How does it progress?
    Starting at 100–120 hours/month (~25-30h/week). There is clear growth potential to full-time (160h/month) as we prove the fit and workload increases.

    ## What are the requirements?
    Stable internet connection
    Ability to do video calls
    Fluent in English (written and spoken)
    Availability must overlap at least 4–5 hours with Lisbon/Portugal time
    Highly organized and detail-oriented
    Comfortable switching between very different tasks throughout the day
    Resourceful β€” you Google things (or ChatGPT-them), you figure things out, you don't wait to be unblocked
    Basic comfort with spreadsheets, email, and common online tools
    Marketing experience is a plus but not required
    Bookkeeping/admin experience is a plus but not required
