Role Overview

As an Email Marketing Trainee, you’ll support the planning, creation, and optimization of Email and SMS marketing for an e-commerce brand. This role will give you hands-on experience with retention marketing, automated flows, customer behavior analysis, and creative campaign development. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, bring ideas, test new approaches, and gradually take on more ownership as your skills grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage audience segments based on user behavior and lifecycle stage
• Plan, create, and manage Email and SMS campaigns/automated flows. 
• Write compelling copies and collaborate with designers for visuals and layouts
• Monitor the performance closely, analyze the results, outline next steps
• Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, incentives, etc.)
• Research industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

Required Experience & Skills

• A must: proficiency in English (at least B2 / Upper-Intermediate, both written and spoken English)
• Strong copywriting skills with a customer-first mindset
• Results-driven approach with the knack for analyzing data, forecasting outcomes, and proposing testable hypotheses
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of email marketing fundamentals
• Background in e-commerce
• Experience working with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
• Experience working with Canva / Figma

Role Overview

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will own and evolve our email and SMS marketing strategy. You’ll blend creativity and analytics to nurture meaningful relationships with customers at every stage of the lifecycle. 

You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns and automations, analyzing performance, and continuously testing new ideas to improve results. Over time, you’ll be encouraged to take greater ownership of projects and strategy.

• Grow subscriber lists, maintain list hygiene and strong sender reputation.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience & Skills

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in email marketing
• Experience working with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms

• Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance (understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
• Results-driven mindset with the knack for analyzing data, forecasting outcomes, and proposing testable hypotheses
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Proficiency in English (B2 / Upper-Intermediate or higher), written and spoken
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via chats, email, phone calls (inbound & outbound), and social media.
• Proactively contact customers who have placed orders.
• Collect the necessary information to successfully complete orders and forward it to the medical department (according to the script provided)..

We are looking for a Middle or Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. We are currently managing a dual infrastructure environment that includes both microservices and modular monolith architectures.

Your primary focus will be ensuring the stability of our current production engine while simultaneously preparing and configuring the infrastructure for our new system. This role is about maintaining high operational standards, ensuring everything is "trackable", and taking full ownership of our security maintenance and monitoring ecosystems. We value steady execution and a proactive approach to reducing manual work.

Key responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management:
  • Provision and configure the production and staging environments.
  • Manage and support the existing production infrastructure to ensure consistent performance.
• Security Ownership:
  • Take full responsibility for the security lifecycle across all environments.
  • Manage and execute regular security updates, OS patching, and system hardening.
  • Implement and manage API security measures, ensuring robust protection against API-specific vulnerabilities and DDoS attacks.
  • Oversee the overall security posture to ensure our infrastructure remains protected and compliant.
• Observability & Monitoring:
  • Configure alerts, health checks and dashboards to maintain high visibility into the health of infrastructure.
  • Regularly review of monitoring tickets as well as escalate of outstanding issues to development team.
• Automation & Efficiency:
  • Identify repetitive manual processes and eliminate them through automation (Bash/Python, CloudFormation).
  • Maintain and optimize the CI/CD build processes for mobile applications (specifically iOS and Android) to ensure reliable app delivery.
  • Ensure all infrastructure changes are documented, reproducible, and cost-efficient.
• Inter-team Collaboration:
  • Support the development teams with infrastructure needs and deployment workflows.
  • Escalation of outstanding monitoring alarms to development teams
  • Collaboration with dev teams to implement complex changes
  • Prioritizing planned tasks vs. monitoring tickets (backlog management)

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6+ years in DevOps/SRE (Strong Middle/Senior).
• AWS Expertise: Practical knowledge of VPC, RDS (MySQL), and compute services (ECS/Beanstalk).
• Tools: Proficiency with Docker, Git, and CloudFormation.
• Automation: Strong scripting skills (Bash/Python) to reduce manual work.
• Security: A broad understanding of infrastructure security, with a specific focus on API security.
• Operational Discipline: A drive to keep environments clean, documented, and reliable.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Experience using AI tools (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate scripting, IaC development, and documentation.
• Proactivity: High energy and a "self-starter" mindset - you don't wait for a Jira ticket to fix a visible infrastructure bottleneck.
• Strong communication skills
• Language: Upper-Intermediate English.
