Role Overview

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will own and evolve our email and SMS marketing strategy. You’ll blend creativity and analytics to nurture meaningful relationships with customers at every stage of the lifecycle. 

You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns and automations, analyzing performance, and continuously testing new ideas to improve results. Over time, you’ll be encouraged to take greater ownership of projects and strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow subscriber lists, maintain list hygiene and strong sender reputation.
• Drive user retention through Email and SMS channels
• Build and manage audience segments based on user behavior and lifecycle stage
• Plan, create, and manage Email and SMS campaigns/automated flows. Write compelling copies and collaborate with designers on visuals and layouts
• Monitor the performance closely, analyze results, outline next steps
• Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, incentives, etc.)
• Bring fresh ideas and improvements that help push performance forward

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience & Skills

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in email marketing
• Experience working with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
• Strong copywriting skills with a customer-first mindset
• Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance (understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
• Results-driven mindset with the knack for analyzing data, forecasting outcomes, and proposing testable hypotheses
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Proficiency in English (B2 / Upper-Intermediate or higher), written and spoken
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience working with Magento
• Background in e-commerce
• Healthcare industry experience (strong advantage)

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (U.S. market, Real Estate) — someone who will assist users of our services, support tenants of residential and commercial properties, and help ensure the stable operation of our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with users exclusively via email requests through the Freshservice system.
• Provide support to users of the company’s mobile applications.
• Assist tenants of residential and commercial properties with platform-related inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues within the applications (troubleshooting).
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, and report them to the technical team via the ticketing system (JIRA).
• Communicate with third parties and internal teams via email and internal messaging tools.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare reports on the volume and nature of incoming requests.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• Create and document instructions for new processes and platform features.
• Advise users on the platform functionality and service capabilities.
• Collect, analyze, and share user feedback regarding the application’s performance.
• Analyze support requests to identify recurring issues and opportunities for product improvement.
• Participate in team meetings (daily, weekly, planning).
• Work in accordance with SLA and customer service standards.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop and manage online campaigns in Google Ads on Tier-1 Markets (US, UK, DE, etc).  Knowledge of other platforms (Meta and TT) will be a plus.
• Experience with analytical tools: Google Analytics, Piwik, Tableau, or similar systems for data collection and analysis.

Skills & Qualifications requirements:

• Deep understanding of advertising metrics such as ROI, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and the ability to apply them in work.
• Experience working with Tier 1 markets and big budgets.
• Proficiency in English — B2 or higher level.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via chats, email, phone calls (inbound & outbound), and social media.
• Proactively contact customers who have placed orders.
• Collect the necessary information to successfully complete orders and forward it to the medical department (according to the script provided)..
