We are a fast-growing performance marketing company scaling campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Our media buying team executes high-volume campaigns daily, and we are looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to build and maintain the tech stack that powers our growth.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the intersection of digital marketing and technology, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can bridge campaign strategy with reliable technical execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize landing pages, pre-landers, and funnels for speed, conversions, and scalability.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot tracking platforms (Binom, Voluum, RedTrack, Keitaro).
- Manage pixels, events, postbacks, and API integrations to ensure accurate campaign attribution.
- Support media buyers by ensuring tracking accuracy and system uptime during scaling phases.
- Oversee domains, hosting, SSL, DNS, and VPS setups to maintain stable infrastructure for campaigns.
- Automate repetitive workflows using scripts and APIs.
- Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot data for performance marketing tools.
- Monitor and adapt to industry changes (Meta tracking policies, attribution models, privacy rules).
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing technology, tracking systems, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (Binom, Voluum, RedTrack, Keitaro).
- Strong knowledge of pixels, S2S tracking, postbacks, attribution models.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (or similar web stack).
- Understanding of VPS management, DNS, domain rotation, SSL, and hosting environments.
- Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work closely with media buyers in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to respond quickly to campaign issues.
