You’ll run our entire cold email operation: 75 domains, 150 email accounts, end to end. This means daily monitoring, lead generation, campaign execution, and keeping our infrastructure healthy. You need to know cold outreach practically — what actually lands in inbox, what gets flagged as spam, and how to fix it when things break.

What You’ll Do

• Daily operations: Monitor deliverability, campaign metrics, and system health; fix issues as they arise
• Lead generation: Pull leads from advanced databases, clean data, verify emails before upload
• Response management: Handle replies, qualify prospects, book discovery calls; escalate technical questions to pre-sales
• Infrastructure: Warm email accounts, coordinate domain setup with contractors, ensure CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance

• Performance: Track open rates, response rates, conversions; recommend improvements

   

Requirements

Must have:

• 2+ years hands-on cold outreach or sales development experience
• Experience managing multi-domain email infrastructure at scale
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability, warming protocols, spam prevention
• Proficiency with lead gen tools (Sales Navigator-type) and email platforms (Snov.io)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data management

• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot)
