The Role

We’re looking for a Media Buyer who lives inside Meta Ads Manager, loves creative testing, and knows how to turn data into profitable decisions.

This is not a “set and forget” role. This is test → analyse → optimise → scale → repeat.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Test creatives, angles, hooks, ad copy, and audiences to improve CR and EPC
• Build scalable campaign structures, not messy Frankenstein accounts
• Work closely with creative to brief new concepts and iterate fast
• Analyse performance daily: spot patterns, kill losers, scale winners
• Optimise funnels, identify friction points, and push performance up
• Track and analyse affiliate performance using Keitaro
• Stay sharp on Meta updates, policies, and best practices
• Contribute ideas to overall growth strategy - your brain matters here
   

 Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads (lead gen)
• Proven background in affiliate marketing 
• Strong analytical mindset - you actually understand the numbers
• Deep understanding of creative testing & optimisation logic
• Comfortable working with Keitaro (or similar trackers)
• Proactive, experimental, ownership-driven attitude
• You test because you want to, not because someone tells you to
   

 Nice to Have (Big Plus)

• Experience with LeadGen/Gambling offers
• Experience scaling Tier-1 + Tier2 GEOs
• Ability to spot winning angles before the data screams it
