Your goal

Зони відповідальності:

 Організація задач та управління процесами

• Участь у командних мітингах: фіксація завдань, їх розподіл між учасниками та подальший контроль виконання через таск-менеджер.
• Управління завданнями та проектами через task manager: постановка, контроль термінів, звітність.
• Контроль за дотриманням внутрішніх регламентів і процесів.
• Спільна з керівниками департаментів розробка та вдосконалення SOP-ів, інструкцій, гайдів.
• Аналіз існуючих процесів та пропозиція покращень.
• Моніторинг комунікацій (Slack, email) для своєчасного виявлення нових задач і збору релевантної інформації.
• Підготовка регулярної звітності щодо прогресу та результатів команд.
   

 Операційна підтримка

• Ведення та контроль бази технічного обладнання: облік, комунікація з постачальниками, організація ремонту та заміни.
• Управління доступами, обліковими записами, моніторинг використання сервісів та софтів.
• Участь у налаштуванні аналітичних дашбордів та звітів у співпраці з операційним менеджером.
• Пошук та впровадження нових інструментів для автоматизації (інтеграції між сервісами, CRM, e-mail tools тощо).
• Менеджмент підрядників: комунікація, контроль дедлайнів, узгодження завдань.
  
   

Sales Operations

• Підтримка CRM-системи (HubSpot): налаштування, створення сейлз-звітів.
• Автоматизація сейлз-процесів: робота з LinkedIn-інструментами, e-mail розсилками та іншими маркетинговими сервісами.
• Участие в процесі post-onboarding клієнтів разом з Delivery: підготовка онбординг-доків, аналітика прогресу, трекінг KPI, збір фідбеку.
• Підтримка Client Success процесів: супровід клієнтів на Adoption та Growth стадіях, оновлення документації та шаблонів, підтримка по CRM.

 Адміністративна підтримка

• Виконання адміністративних запитів від керівників департаментів: створення презентацій, пошук конференцій та підрядників, оформлення гайдів, аналітичних матеріалів, закупівлі.

Ідеальний кандидат:

• Має 2+ ріки досвіду в ролях Operations, Administration, Project/Support Coordination.
• Вміє фасилітувати командну роботу, управляти зустрічами та забезпечувати продуктивну командну взаємодію.
• Володіє структурованим мисленням, дуже організована людина, яка обожнює звіти, шаблони, регламенти і порядок.
• здатен працювати в умовах багатозадачності.
• Має досвід управління проектами і задачами 
• Добре орієнтується в аналітиці та приймає рішення на основі даних (data-driven). Розуміє що таке ROI, conversion rate, LTV і навіщо їх рахувати. 
• Володіє інструментами автоматизації (CRM, ATS, ERP тощо) та вміє налаштовувати робочі процеси з їх допомогою.
• Розуміє що таке бізнес-процес, як його описати та систематизувати.
• Без проблема працює з ClickUp, Notion, HubSpot, Google Sheets, та може швидко розібратися з новим інструментом.
• Вміє самостійно знаходити рішення, бачити задачі у проблемах і брати відповідальність.
• Англійська — на рівні B1 і вище.

• Взаємодія з командою розробки та підготовка технічних завдань.

Наші очікування:

• Досвід роботи бізнес аналітиком та/або консультантом з впровадження ІТ рішень від 3 років.
• Підтверджений досвід впровадження інформаційних систем класу ERP (1C, SAP тощо).
• Вища освіта в сфері ІТ, інженерії або економіки.
• Ґрунтовні знання сучасних підходів до впровадження інформаційних систем.
• Здатність розуміти та аналізувати архітектуру побудови даних в інформаційній системі.
• Високі аналітичні та комунікативні здібності, самоорганізація.
• Знання SQL буде плюсом.
• Досвід впровадження систем для виробничих підприємств буде плюсом.
• Володіння англійською мовою буде плюсом.
