We are opening a Product Owner position aiming to expand our business in SaaS model.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

1. Develop Product Vision:
   
    
   1. Engage closely with customers to define and continually refine the product vision, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives
   2. Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements
2. Manage Product Backlog:
   
    
   1. Create and maintain a comprehensive product backlog
   2. Prioritize backlog items based on value and strategic goals
   3. Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and ensure that the backlog is organized and actionable for the development team
3. Ensure Project Success:
   
    
   1. Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with customers.
   2. Monitor progress to ensure alignment with project goals and customer’s expectations
   3. Implement best practices to manage risks and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer satisfaction
4. Facilitate Communication:
   
    
   1. Serve as the main point of contact for product and project updates
   2. Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• Experience & Expertise:
• 3+ years in a similar role (Business Analyst/Product Owner)
• Experience with Jira Software
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology
• Skills & Proficiencies:
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency, with strong communication and writing skills in both Ukrainian and English
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and address complex business processes
• High attention to detail and strong responsibility
• Personal Attributes:
• A strong sense of ownership and pride in product development
• Capability to adjust to changing priorities and new challenges

In this role, you will:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Jira Software
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work with complex business processes
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced product environment

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
• Act as a key communication point between business and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role
• Practical experience working with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level with strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamic environments
