π The Role
We need a Digital Marketing Manager who will OWN the entire lead generation engine β not just run ads, but own the result from click to revenue.
You will manage 2 divisions as separate business units:
β’ Plumbing Division: $450K/month β $1M target
β’ HVAC Division: $200K/month β $500K target
This is NOT a task-execution role. You will:
β’ Manage $43K+ monthly ad budget across 11 channels
β’ Activate a 16,000 customer database (email + SMS)
β’ Control a Google Ads agency (not run ads yourself β verify their results)
β’ Monitor CSR call recordings to improve booking rates
β’ Build follow-up systems for unsold estimates
β’ Report with real numbers: leads, CPL, booking rate, revenue by channel

Requirements
Must have:
β’ 3β5 years in digital marketing with paid ads experience
β’ Russian native + English B2+ (you'll write ad copy for US audience)
β’ Facebook Ads Manager + Google Ads β hands-on
β’ Experience managing $10K+/month ad budgets
β’ ChatGPT/Claude for daily work
β’ Data-driven: CPL, ROAS, booking rate β not impressions
