Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience.

Responsibilities 

• Creating and structuring the content of web pages using HTML, and CSS.
• Working with CSS Pre-Processors: Sass/Less.
• Working with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap).
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of UI/UX design and cross-browser layout.
• Develop the efficient and adaptive layout of interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimized website performance for various devices and browsers.
• Develop HTML email templates.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Working with Umbraco ASP.NET CMS.
• Collaborating with developers/QA.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Developing new projects and supporting existing ones.
• Experience with semantic HTML and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Understanding of SEO-friendly markup principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines.
• Working with Git for version control and collaborative development.

Project Description

The platform is located in AWS and consumes AWS-managed services (EC2, RDS, Keyspaces, ElasticSearch).

IConduct platform is a large-scale application that uses a variety of .NET technologies (.NET Framework, . NET Core, . NET 5).

You will be a part of the team which will implement a new UI for the product from scratch.

As a Junior Developer, you will:

• Implement features for products from scratch using React, .NET, and other tools from the ecosystem
• Work in a multi-technology environment & learn new technology. 
• Have an influence on the product development.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Hands-On experience with .NET and React - Must
• Basic knowledge of Redux and redux-thunk - Must

The platform uses Relational databases (MS SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Elasticsearch).

We use advanced pub/sub-concepts and message brokers (NATS).

As a Middle Developer, you will:

• Implement features using .NET backend, React/Angular, and ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Work in a multi-technology environment & learn new technologies. 
• Improve product architecture and technologies, and be a part of the product technical committee.
• Have an influence on the product development.

Requirements:

• At least 2.5 years of Hands-on experience in C# .NET and .NET Core – Must
• Good SQL and MS SQL knowledge – Must
• Experience participating in building distributed multi-tiered systems that feature high throughput, low latency, and high availability – Must
• Experience with any message broker or pub/sub patterns – Must
• Strong understanding of async/await pattern, tasks/threads synchronization – Must
• Good understanding of networking – Advantage
• At least 1 year’s Hands-On experience in Front End development (JS, HTML, CSS, Angular/ React/ Vue) – Advantage
• Experience in Microservices architecture and development – Advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology – Advantage

• Performance tuning skills (pure SQL scripts + entity framework, reading execution plans, understanding physical joins and their costs) – Advantage

• Finding migration paths from legacy technologies to a new technology stack (spotting the code flaws and immediate refactoring) – Advantage
