We are looking for a professional Cloud Engineer to join our team. 

What You’ll Do

Design and implement custom integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKs
Build automation tools and workflows to streamline system operations
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of cloud-based platforms
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions
Stay current with the latest Genesys Cloud CX features and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud (API & SDK integration)
5+ years as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar technical role
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, (AWS or Azure)
Experience with integration technologies (REST APIs, webhooks, etc.)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
English - at least B2

We are looking for a capable, independent, and proactive DevOps Engineer to support and improve our infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in shaping the DevOps environment from the ground up, with flexibility to introduce new technologies as the project scales. This is a high-impact, long-term opportunity with a team that values technical excellence and ownership.

Our product is an AI-powered architectural platform that enables brokers, landlords, architects, general contractors, and tenants to visualize the full potential of any space in minutes—from architectural programs and conceptual layouts to rendered tours, CAD/Revit models, and quantity takeoffs. It’s used by some of the biggest players in the real estate and construction industry and is transforming the way spaces are designed and presented.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/ Infrastructure Engineer
• Proven experience with AWS and GitHub
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in time-sensitive situations
• Experience with tools like Kubernetes, Grafana, and Terraform (for future migration and infrastructure evolution)
• English - at least upper-intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain AWS and GitHub environments
• Handle urgent infrastructure issues as they arise
• Plan and implement migration to modern DevOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Grafana, Terraform)
• Optimize and automate deployment pipelines and processes

We are looking a Fullstack Engineer for our partner.

The project is a CRM + Marketing Automation Tool. The team is also building a powerful Low-Code Platform to speed up development and bring products to market faster.

Duration: long-term

Workload: 40 hours/week

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in React (frontend), Node.js, and Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
• Solid experience with test automation tools like Playwright and Selenium
• Comfortable working across the full stack; while the current focus is frontend-heavy, backend (Java) tasks will account for ~20–30%
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Good time zone overlap with US EST (at least 3–4 hours); ideally available through US Central Time noon
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a distributed team
• Understanding of scalable, cloud-native applications
