About the role

We are a performance marketing agency working with clients in crypto, fintech, and iGaming. We run paid UA campaigns across Meta, Googla, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs - and creatives are at the core of what drives results.

We are looking for a Motion Designer who thinks in AI tools first - someone who uses Kling, Runway, Pika, or similar to generate video at speed, then shapes it into polished, performance-ready ad creatives. This is not a traditional motion design role. It is production-heavy, data-informed, and built around iteration speed.

What you will do

• Produce video ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms using AI video tools - Kling, Runway, Pika, Veo, or equivalents
• Edit, animate, add subtitles, sound, and polish until each asset is ready for launch
• Animate static banners into short video or GIF formats for display and in-app placements
• Work from creative briefs: interpret them, ask the right questions, and deliver without hand-holding
• Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback - CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA (not just visual taste)
• Maintain consistent output volume: multiple finished assets per week across different clients and verticals
• Stay current with AI video tools - test new models and share findings with the team

What we expect

• 1+ year producing video ad creatives with ability to show results
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI video generation tool: Kling, Runway, Pika, Veo, or similar
• Solid video editing skills: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of what makes a performance creative work: hook, flow, CTA
• Ability to work from a structured brief or finding references in spy services
• Consistent throughput discipline
• English at B1+

Nice to have

• After Effects for more complex motion pieces or branded animations
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or iGaming - you understand the visual language of these verticals
• Prompt engineering fluency - you know how to get consistent, on-brand output from AI video models

Winex Affiliates is an ambitious and fast-growing affiliate program in the iGaming industry, focused on the international market. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help scale our B2B partnerships, expand into new markets, and establish strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract new partners (affiliate networks and direct advertisers).
• Negotiate and onboard partners into our network: contracting, terms alignment, and signing.
• Manage partner relationships: onboarding, support, performance analysis, and regular reporting.
• Deal analytics in Google Spreadsheets/Excel; optimization based on KPIs.
• Handle documentation: contract preparation and related administrative tasks.
• Attend iGaming conferences and stay active in industry communities.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in Business Development within iGaming in a CPA affiliate network.
• Understanding of business models: RevShare, CPA, flat, hybrid.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for analytics and reporting.
• English — Intermediate+ level.
• Soft skills: communicative, proactive, adaptable, and self-driven.

We are a performance marketing agency managing mobile campaigns across multiple verticals - crypto, banking, and iGaming. We work with major brands, run multi-platform UA at scale, and operate with full ownership over results.

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Acquisition Manager who will own the full cycle of UA campaigns: from strategy and launch to optimization and scaling. You will work with established clients across iOS and Android, with real budgets and real accountability for results.

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns on AppLovin, Meta, Google UAC, Unity Ads, Moloco, TikTok, Kaizen and other DSPs
• Manage and scale budgets across channels while maintaining target CPI, CPA, and ROAS
• Set up and maintain tracking via AppsFlyer or Adjust - MMP configuration, postback setup, cohort analysis
• Analyze campaign performance: break down by geo, placement, creative, audience - find levers and act on them
• Run creative testing: form hypotheses, brief the team, evaluate results, iterate
• Monitor attribution quality and flag anomalies - CTR spikes, install drops, ROAS shifts
• Communicate results and insights to clients; prepare performance reports

What we expect

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile UA with measurable results (based on real cases)
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution: last-click, view-through, probabilistic, SKAN, and where each model breaks
• Practical experience with AppsFlyer or Adjust: cohort reports, raw data pulls, reconciliation with ad platform data
• Experience with at least 2-3 platforms: AppLovin, Meta, Google UAC, Unity, TikTok, or similar DSPs
• Ability to read unit economics: CAC, blended vs paid, ROAS by cohort, LTV assumptions
• Structured thinking when forming hypotheses - not "let's try a new creative" but a testable assumption with expected outcome
• English at Intermediate level or above - for working with platforms, partners, and documentation

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or iGaming verticals
• Familiarity with GTM for mobile pixel/event setup
• Experience working in an agency environment with multiple simultaneous clients
• Basic use of AI tools for creative iteration or reporting automation
