    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage relationships with existing clients in the affiliate marketing and IT fields
    • Understand clients’ business needs, provide consulting, and ensure smooth cooperation
    • Oversee the full client lifecycle from signing the contract to project completion
    • Handle contracts and supporting documents (sending, signing, updating)
    • Coordinate internal and external processes, communication between clients and internal teams (HR, Legal, PM)
    • Issue invoices, track payments, and ensure compliance with agreements
    • Identify clients’ new needs and opportunities for business growth
    • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction (CSAT, NPS)

     

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager (preferably Affiliate marketing)
    • Understanding of outstaffing, outsourcing, or affiliate marketing models
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • English level: B1 or higher
    • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
    • Using AI tools to automate personal tasks

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and attract top talent for roles such as Affiliate Manager, Business Development Manager, Media Buyer, and Account Manager.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, niche communities, and professional forums.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring stages.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline within the affiliate and marketing ecosystem.
    • Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
    • Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives in the affiliate and marketing space.

     

    Requirements

    • 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in affiliate marketing projects.
    • Understanding of key roles, metrics, and terminology in affiliate industries.

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
