    About the Role
    I am looking for my right hand in recruitment. You will fully cover the recruitment process — from writing and posting job descriptions, to sourcing candidates, holding the first interview, giving feedback, and keeping our candidate database updated.

    We are looking for an active, communicative person who wants to grow in recruitment and help build a strong company brand. We give feedback to all candidates, no matter the position. You will help us keep this standard.

     

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms
    • Search and contact potential candidates via social media, job boards, and our internal database
    • Review CVs and profiles to match requirements
    • Conduct first-stage interviews
    • Collect feedback from hiring managers and interviewers
    • Keep in touch with candidates and provide updates without delays
    • Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate database

     

    Requirements:

    • 1+ year of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer
    • English level: B1 or higher
    • Experience hiring for tech and non-tech positions
    • Active, communicative, and self-organized person
    • Ability to represent the company in a professional and friendly way
    • Experience using social media, job boards, and other sourcing tools
