We’re seeking a proactive and connected Sales Manager with experience, preferably in real estate development, architecture, or SaaS sales. You’ll drive growth by promoting web-based solutions to developers, architects, and brokers across international markets.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
● Have 2+ years of international B2B sales experience, ideally in proptech, real estate development, or architecture.
● Nice to have experience selling SaaS/web/digital tools (especially in real estate).
● Are fluent in English (Ukrainian is a plus).
● Are confident with remote presentations and closing deals via Zoom.
● Bonus: You’ve worked with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, or other lead-gen software.
Your Responsibilities:
● Leverage your network to close first deals within the first month.
● Conduct live product demos via Zoom (our CRM + 3D tools + web platforms).
● Qualify incoming leads, address objections, and personalize proposals.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine the sales process.
● Attend real estate expos (travel covered by the company).

We seek a Junior Recruiter with conversational English skills to help find the best talent for non-tech positions around Europe, USA, and LATAM, and influence the company's success. This is a fully remote job. Part-time or full-time job.

Responsibilities:

● Sourcing candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, other job boards, social media, etc.).
● Screening and interviewing candidates.
● Maintaining recruitment reports and updates.
● Collaborate with leadership to define recruitment needs.
● Provide weekly updates on open positions.
● Maintain a candidate pool for future roles.
Requirements:
● Has some experience in recruitment and sourcing or after professional recruitment courses.
● Upper-Intermediate English.
● Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize.
● Having experience working with ATS will be a big plus.
● High initiative, energy and drive to achieve results.

• Робота з Accounts Payable (AP)

Вимоги

• Досвід роботи в бухгалтерії / фінансах
• Впевнене володіння Excel (це критично)

• Вміння працювати самостійно
