We seek a Junior Recruiter with conversational English skills to help find the best talent for non-tech positions around Europe, USA, and LATAM, and influence the company's success. Responsibilities:

● Sourcing candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Work, Robota, Indeed, other job boards, social media, etc.).
● Screening and interviewing candidates.
● Maintaining recruitment reports and updates.
● Collaborate with leadership to define recruitment needs.
● Provide weekly updates on open positions.
Requirements:
● Has at least 6 months of, experience in recruitment and sourcing or after professional recruitment courses.
● Upper-Intermediate English.
● Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize.
● Having experience working with ATS will be a big plus.
● High initiative, energy and drive to achieve results.

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer; this is a fully remote job in the European time zone.

What You'll Be Doing

• Configuring and optimizing Nginx, php-fpm, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ in production (daily routine)
• Monitoring system health with Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, Icinga, Opsgenie, Jira Service Management (daily routine)
• Managing cloud infrastructure: compute, storage, IAM, VPCs, load balancers
• Ensuring high availability and responding to incidents
• Participating in monthly on-call rotation (1 shift/month, 24h, with compensating days off)

Must Have

• Linux (RHEL) is required
• TCP/IP networking, firewalls, routing, load balancing
• Production experience with Nginx, php-fpm, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ
• Monitoring stack: Prometheus, Victoria Metrics, Icinga, Opsgenie
• Cloud infrastructure management (any major cloud)
• English - Upper-Intermediate spoken (required)

Nice to Have

• Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Puppet DSL, PuppetDB
• ELK / OpenSearch stack

Conditions

• FOP contract
• Schedule: local business hours, Mon–Fri + 1 on-call shift/month (24h) with 2 compensating days off
• 24 vacation days/year

Шукаємо Junior HR спеціаліста, який підсилить команду та зможе вирости у повноцінного HR Generalist. На старті фокус буде переважно на рекрутингу (70-80%), з поступовим переходом до балансу Recruitment + HR (50/50).

Основні задачі

Рекрутинг (≈70%)

• Повний цикл підбору: пошук → скрінінг → інтерв’ю → фідбек
• Проведення телефонних та онлайн-інтерв’ю
• Оцінка кандидатів перед передачею hiring manager
• Публікація вакансій
• Робота з ATS (Hurma)
• Взаємодія з job-платформами (тарифи, переговори)
• Супровід кандидатів на випробувальному терміні

HR-функції (≈30%)

• Участь у розвитку HR-процесів
• Підтримка навчання та розвитку співробітників
• Внутрішні комунікації та корпоративні активності
• HR-аналітика та звітність
• Підтримка employer brand
• HR-адміністрування

Вимоги

• Мінімум 2 роки досвіду в рекрутингу
• Досвід закриття складних вакансій різних рівнів
• Бажано розуміння HR-процесів

Hard skills:

• Англійська: від B1 (розмовна, для перевірки рівня англійської у кандидатів)
• Сильні навички сорсингу
• Досвід проведення інтерв’ю за допомогою різних технік (STAR, PARLA)

Soft skills:
