- Full-cycle recruitment: from intake with hiring manager to offer;
- Hiring for technical, engineering, production and office roles;
- Active sourcing (LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, referrals);
- Conducting initial interviews and candidate screening;
Managing candidate communication and feedback;
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency);
- Experience hiring technical / engineering / production roles is a strong plus;
- Confident sourcing skills and understanding of recruitment funnels;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
