Job Summary
As a Software Engineer, you will work directly with AI coding models to identify weaknesses, debug incorrect outputs, and create stronger alternative solutions. Your main responsibility will be to evaluate AI-generated solutions, identify mistakes, uncover reasoning gaps.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze code and engineering solutions produced by AI systems, evaluating their technical quality.
• Test and evaluate agentic coding models designed to perform complex engineering tasks at a senior developer level. 
• Identify bugs, incorrect assumptions, architectural issues, and weak reasoning in AI responses.
• Work with Frontier Labs, producing training data to train Al models.

• Test and assess agentic coding models built to handle complex engineering tasks. 

   

Requirements

• 3-4 years of commercial Full Stack development experience, ideally involving B2B SaaS products and applications that process large amounts of data.
• Regular use of AI-powered development tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, AI agents or similar. 
• Engineering Mindset. Strong judgment across the full software lifecycle:
  • Reading a PRD and breaking it into Jira tickets
  • Estimating effort and scoping work
  • Architecture and design choices
  • Reviewing PRs
  • Debugging and recovering when blocked
• Confident working knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and either Express.js or NestJS, including backend development for systems with complex business requirements.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs. 
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2). 

Bonus

• Computer Science or a related field. 
• Familiarity with Python development.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.

As a Python Developer, you’ll take ownership of backend solutions, contribute to product decisions, and use AI tools to improve development efficiency. You’ll work closely with a technically strong CTO and our team to build and scale a SaaS CRM platform.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django 3-4 years.
