We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance SaaS platforms. You’ll work closely with a technically strong CTO and collaborate directly with clients, shaping backend solutions that are both efficient and product-oriented.
What you have
- At least 3-4 years of experience developing backend (Python or otherwise).
- At least 2-3 years of exp with Python (Ideally 3-4 years)
- Necessary Experience with Django.
- Upper-Intermediate English level. Be ready to communicate with the client directly, without a Project Manager. The CTO of the project is an experienced person with a technical background, maximally involved in the product, ready to share his experience.
- Skill in Mathematics and Algorithms. We care about a person’s thinking, his approach to solving complex problems.
- A lot of focus for us on the backend is around “Product Thinking”.
- Fast learner (We have small internal mini-framework on top of Django to make things easier which requires ramp up / learning phase). Be ready to propose and implement your decisions.
Nice to have:
- Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs (REST API, or webhooks etc).
- Experience with Pydantic model, Postgres SQL DB, AWS, Any data processing skills.

We are now seeking a driven and proactive Sourcer/Recruiter to join our team. The role is perfect for someone who actively follows sourcing news and trends, and is skilled at using new tools and practical life hacks to find the best candidates.What you have:
- From 6 months of experience in research, sourcing, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian IT market.
- Good organizational and task-tracking skills (Notion).
- A curious mindset and a love for challenges. Diving into new technologies, exploring how products are built, and testing out new sourcing channels.
- English level Intermediate.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for candidates through LinkedIn, job sites, Telegram channels, and other relevant platforms.
- Sourcing and filling the database. Our main search areas are UI/UX Design, Full Stack (React&Node), Python, PM, QA, SDR.
- Build and optimize Boolean search strings for targeted talent acquisition.
- Generate a talent pool for a vacancy using a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques.
- Adapt approach to different types of candidates and understands which communication methods work best for each profile.
- Analyze candidate responses for compliance with the vacancy requirements, selecting those who ideally fit the created candidate portrait.
- Track Analytics how many candidates, where they got to and through which channel, how many passive candidates communicated with recruiters, etc.

- Experience in an agency or outstaffing/outsourcing company.
