- Ability to communicate with resellers, distributors, and Microsoft field teams.
- Strong English (required); Finnish or German is a plus.
- Proactive and independent.

- Analytical thinking and structured approach.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Licensing Ownership
- Understand Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and M365 licensing models.
- Advise sales and delivery teams on proper license combinations.
- Support customers with licensing optimization, renewals, and upgrades.
- Create license offers for clients and handle exceptions/escalations.
2. Microsoft Partner Program & Incentives
- Maintain our Microsoft partner profile: competencies, specializations, score.
- Track available promotions, incentives, discounts, and rebates.
- Register CPOR/DPOR associations and ensure we receive corresponding benefits.
- Monitor changes in the Partner Center ecosystem.
3. Business Development via Microsoft
- Build relationships with Microsoft representatives in Finland, Germany, Baltics, and other EU regions.
- Participate in Microsoft lead-generation programs and events.
- Register deals to secure discounts and co-sell eligibility.
- Present our company portfolio to Microsoft sellers to gain visibility.
4. Customer Development
- Monitor current customers’ license usage and identify expansion opportunities.
- Upsell additional Microsoft products based on usage trends.
5. Internal Coordination
- Provide quick licensing answers to pre-sales and project teams.
