    This is an ongoing project with the global team, which is partly based in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Ukraine. The client works on the development of a conversation platform that connects brands with their end-users.

     

    Employment type: Full-time

    Project Duration:  6 months (with possible prolongation)

    Location: Europe, Ukraine (remote)

    Language: English B2 (upper-intermediate)

     

    Must-have qualifications:

    • Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JS, Python, or similar)
    • Solid understanding of REST API integration
    • Practical experience with Conversational AI platforms (any platform is valuable, since it shows domain knowledge: channel limitations, data formats, conversation logic, etc.)
    • Understanding of contact center concepts (agents, skills, roles, routing, integrations between systems)
    • Ability to work directly with clients and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in NodeJS and ES5
    • Familiarity with agent widgets (front-end components; can range from simple UI tasks to complex integrations)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work on chatbot solutions for international brands: this may include both migrating existing bots and enhancing/customizing them, not always building from scratch
    • Handle tasks similar to the current core team: navigating the conversational platform UI, configuring features, and implementing logic across bots, widgets, and integrations
    • Contribute ideas and actively discuss improvements with the team and client
    • Approach work from multiple perspectives, focusing on end-user experience and system-wide integration
    • Take part in regular communication with global partner teams

    About the Ideal Candidate

    We’re especially interested in candidates who started their journey in Sales or Marketing and have transitioned into AI over the past 1–2 years. You likely have a solid grasp of how LLMs work under the hood, can think from both the business and user experience perspective, and have already built AI voice agents — possibly as a freelancer or for custom client projects.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design and optimize prompts for AI voice agents.
    • Build and customize agents for multiple clients and use cases.
    • Experiment with and test new LLMs to improve performance.
    • Fine-tune and configure TTS/STT models for natural and native-sounding voices.
    • Record and integrate new voices with native speakers.
    • Develop unique solutions for advanced AI voice applications.

       

    Candidate Profile

    • 1+ year of commercial experience with AI.
    • Strong written English and solid spoken English.

     

    Practical Skills

    • Experience with AI sales agents, multilingual.
    • Prompt engineering and scripting.
    • Preparing and integrating knowledge bases.
    • Understanding of voice AI assistants’ principles.
    • Knowledge of TTS/STT setup and voice customization.

     

    Nice to Have

    • Understanding of SIP Trunking.
    • Hands-on experience creating custom voices.

     

    Hiring Test

    Candidates will be asked to:

    • Build a voice agent based on an English specification.
    • Demonstrate precise word pronunciation control in output.
    • Create a custom voice from recordings.

     

    Growth Path

    Potential to grow into Head of AI Voice Agent Development.

     

    Compensation

    • Fixed salary: $2,000 – $2,500 / month.
    • Performance-based bonuses.
