We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team and work on the development and maintenance of server-side logic, databases, and API integrations for subscription-based digital products.
The role involves building reliable backend infrastructure, implementing payment and subscription systems, and integrating third-party services.

Key Responsibilities:
API Development

• Design and develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs for communication between frontend interfaces and backend systems
• Build scalable and maintainable backend architecture
• Ensure high performance and reliability in high-traffic environments

Subscription & Billing Logic

• Develop server-side logic for subscription management
• Implement recurring billing workflows
• Manage subscription lifecycle using webhooks and event-driven logic
• Handle user authentication and access management

Payment Integrations

• Integrate payment gateway APIs (such as Stripe, PayPal)
• Configure and maintain webhooks for automated payment processing
• Build and maintain payment workflows and billing systems

Database Management

• Design and maintain databases storing user, payment, and subscription data
• Work with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB when required

Third-Party Integrations

• Integrate external services and APIs
• Work with CRM tools and other third-party platforms
• Maintain and improve reliability of integrations

Performance & Security

• Ensure data security and protection standards
• Optimize backend performance and scalability
• Maintain reliable systems under high traffic conditions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of API standards and backend architecture
• Experience working with payment APIs (Stripe, PayPal or similar)
• Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
• Understanding of webhooks and asynchronous workflows
• Experience designing scalable backend systems

Nice to Have:

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: develop, test, and ship secure UI components for subscription flows, including checkout pages, payment gateways and user account management.
• User experience (UX): ensure seamless, responsive, and accessible (WCAG compliant) interfaces across mobile and desktop devices.
• Optimization: improve conversion and retention rates through UI/UX refinements, code optimization, and performance improvements.

• Collaboration: Work with designers and product managers to translate wireframes into code, and collaborate with backend engineers to integrate API services.

   

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical proficiencies: Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (like React).

Now we are looking for a Head of product to drive the development and growth of our new products (Web2Web Subscriptions)

Responsibilities:

• Implementation the long-term vision and strategy of the product and roadmap for web-based subscription products based on market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback.
• Web2Web funnel optimization: leading of design, build, and optimize web funnels, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and paywalls to increase conversion rates.
• Development of subscription models, pricing strategies, and monetization funnels to improve Average Revenue Per Paying User (ARPPU). Deveraging market research, user data, and best practices to fuel continual ARPPU growth.
• Data-Driven decision making: analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and LTV/CAC ratios to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Development of the strategy, pricing, and revenue optimization (e.g., A/B testing).
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure efficient implementation of features, improvements, and strategic initiatives that maximize monetization.
• Establishment and continuously improve processes for product development and team operations to maximize efficiency, quality, and velocity.

• Foster a performance-driven team culture that embraces accountability, rapid iteration, and relentless pursuit of results.

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management (with a proven history working on subscription-based digital products)
• Deep understanding of Web2Web development and growth processes.
• Understanding and responsibility for key product metrics: MAU/DAU, Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU, Conversion Rate and Stickiness, with a systematic approach to their improvement through data analysis, product experiments and funnel optimization (including web2web and paywall‑flows)
• Strong experience with analytics, split testing, and key product metrics
• Ability to set clear requirements for development teams and monitor execution
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, and others
• Manual QA skills are a plus

• English proficiency is a plus.
