About the Role 
 

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director to lead and scale our client delivery across automation and AI programmes. This is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, client success, team leadership, and ensuring our work delivers measurable business value. 

You will act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, own programme governance, manage delivery risk, and help shape UAI Labs’ delivery standards, operating model, and growth trajectory 
 

Responsibilities 
 

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple client programmes, ensuring quality, value, and outcomes 
• Act as senior escalation point for delivery risks, dependencies, and challenges 
• Lead programme governance, planning, and reporting across complex engagements 
• Partner with clients at senior leadership level to align delivery with strategic objectives 
• Oversee business cases, roadmaps, and prioritisation of automation initiatives 
• Manage and mentor delivery leads, business analysts, and project teams 
• Ensure consistent use of delivery standards, documentation, and best practices 
• Balance scope, timelines, budget, and resource constraints across programmes 
• Collaborate closely with technical leadership to align delivery and solution design 
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and shaping of new engagements where required 
• Continuously improve delivery frameworks, tooling, and ways of working 
   

Required Skills & Qualifications 
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 
• 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Programme Management, or Business Transformation roles 
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream programmes or portfolios 
• Strong background in client-facing delivery and senior stakeholder management 
• Experience owning governance, financials, resourcing, and delivery risk 
• Ability to operate confidently with C-suite and executive stakeholders 
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing delivery budgets 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills 
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling environments 

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written 

   

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience delivering automation, digital transformation, or AI-led programmes 
• Exposure to operating models, process optimisation, or transformation initiatives 
• Understanding of Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies 
• Experience working in high-growth consultancies or scale-ups 

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, RPA tools)

About the Role 

As an Automation & AI Engineer, you’ll work end-to-end on complex problems: 

• Design Solutions: Recommend the right approach; RPA, AI, process mining, or a combination, tailored to each business challenge. 

• Build & Integrate: Implement solutions using: 

  - RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
  - Python, Node.js, C#, Java, or custom components 

  - AI and LLM-based solutions (Azure / cloud-based) 

  - Process mining and communication mining tools 

• Deploy & Support: Take ownership of running solutions in production, including monitoring, maintenance, and optimization. 
   

You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders who manage discovery and requirements gathering, ensuring that solutions align with real business needs. We are vendor-agnostic: it’s the technique and architecture that matter, not the brand of tool. 

Skills & Qualifications 

• 4+ years of experience in development 
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, C#, Java, or similar languages 
• Experience with leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate) 
• Hands-on experience applying AI in automation scenarios  
• Solid understanding of APIs, REST/JSON, and integration patterns 
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Responsibilities 

• Own the end-to-end architecture for automation initiatives 
• Design enterprise-grade automation solutions and frameworks 
• Define standards, governance models, and development guidelines 
• Evaluate automation opportunities and validate feasibility 
• Align automation strategy with organizational goals 
• Architect integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms) 
• Oversee platform setup, orchestration, and infrastructure design 
• Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with architectural principles 
• Provide technical leadership to developers and analysts 
• Explore new automation technologies (AI-driven automation, IDP, workflow orchestration) 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 8+ years of experience in automation, software engineering, or solution architecture

About the Role 

We are looking for a highly organised, analytical, and people-focused Business Analyst to join our delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their processes, uncover bottlenecks, translate business needs into clear requirements, and support the design of automation and AI solutions. 

You’ll play a key role in stitching together the business perspective, technical approach, and delivery roadmap, ensuring our solutions actually solve real problems. 

Responsibilities 

• Run discovery workshops to understand current processes, pain points, and opportunities 
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes with clarity and structure 
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers 
• Support prioritisation and help shape automation roadmaps 
• Gather and validate data required for business cases 
• Collaborate closely with developers during solution design 
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage 
• Create process-definition documents (PDDs), requirement specs, and user guides 
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment 

• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methods and documentation standards 

   

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 
• 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or similar roles 
• Strong skills in mapping processes and identifying inefficiencies 
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities 
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail 
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments 
• Previous experience in consulting or working directly with clients 

• Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and writte.

  German language proficiency (C1/C2 or native level) is required for this role, as you will be communicating with German-speaking clients/partners on a daily basis. 

   

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with data analysis, automation, RPA, Process Mining, or AI-led transformation projects 
• Understanding of basic technical concepts (APIs, data flows, system integrations) 
• Experience working with tools like Miro, Visio, Lucidchart, or process mining platforms 

• Exposure to software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred)
