Who we are looking for:

Seeking a skilled Backend Developer proficient in Golang to join our fast-paced team. If you excel in backend technologies like PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Redis, RabbitMQ, gRPC, and Jaeger, your next challenge awaits!

What you’ll be doing:

• Extend, maintain, and optimize backend applications for games.
• Collaborate with other teams for integration and technical designs/documentation.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Manage database operations with PostgreSQL.
• Handle deployment and scaling of containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Implement caching mechanisms with Redis for enhanced system performance.
• Configure and manage RabbitMQ for seamless inter-service communication.
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and application responsiveness.

Who you are and whom we’re seeking:

• Experience in slot game creation is a MUST
• Experience with gRPC is desirable, simplifying the creation of distributed applications.
• Familiarity with Jaeger for monitoring and troubleshooting microservices-based systems is beneficial.
• Strong team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent debugging skills.
• Committed to producing high-quality code.

We’re seeking a strong Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time releases and streamlined project execution. This role plays a key part in driving our growth and supporting our global expansion goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product development across tech, design, marketing, and QA teams
• Define and manage timelines for game or feature launches
• Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and third-party providers
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and remove roadblocks
• Manage priorities and adjust plans based on changing business needs
• Communicate updates to stakeholders clearly and regularly
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming guidelines
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure quality of deliverables across all platforms (web, mobile, back office)
• Lead post-launch analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English 
• Excellent knowledge of iGaming industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• +5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in iGaming or software outsourcing 
• Strong grasp of iGaming platform, and operational requirements.
• Proficiency in PM tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. 
• Familiarity with online casino platforms, game aggregators, sportsbooks, and related iGaming products.
• Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Run Market Generation & Outreach
• Manage the Sales Pipeline Process
• Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows
• Promote our platform
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Gain and retain new clients through new deal opportunities and account management
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with BD and Product teams
• Lead and coach a team of salespeople
• Assign sales territories

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (near native)
• +2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development 
• Experience in iGaming industry
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

The recruitment process will include a three-day pre-trial period, during which we will test your skills. This period is paid. After successfully completing the pre-trial, an interview will follow. If the interview is successful, the next step will be an offer.
