- Collecting and updating employee data (new hires and current employees).
- Managing company documentation and internal paperwork.
- Office-related tasks: ordering equipment and supplies, registering new team members.
- Pre-onboarding support: preparing and signing documents, issuing equipment, and creating profiles in the CRM system.
- Tracking vacations, sick leaves, and other absences in the company calendar.
- Initial screening of candidates for positions in the Kyiv office.
- Handling personal tasks for the CEO.
- Supporting the HR department with daily operational tasks.
- Communication with drivers regarding basic questions and documentation updates.
What we’re looking for
- At least 6 months of experience as an HR Admin or Office Manager.
- Experience working with HR documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility.
- English level C1.
- Confident use of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).
