Lead Marketing Analyst / Marketing Lead

At TruxSpot, we are building a next-generation smart marketplace and logistics ecosystem for commercial trucking in the United States. We help truck drivers find and reserve hourly to long-term parking while enabling parking lot owners to automate operations and maximize profitability.
With live web and mobile apps (iOS & Android) and rapid growth across the US market, we are scaling our marketing team. We are looking for a Marketing Lead / Analyst to take ownership of marketing strategy, end-to-end analytics, and content team management to drive scalable growth across both B2C (drivers/fleets) and B2B (parking lot owners) segments.
Key Responsibilities
 * Analytics & Performance Tracking: Build and maintain end-to-end analytics (from performance marketing and SMM metrics to app installs, bookings, and LTV). Identify growth drivers and translate raw data into strategic business decisions.
 * Strategy & Funnels: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the US market. Segment target audiences (B2C & B2B) and design high-converting acquisition and content funnels.
 * Leadership & Management: Lead and guide a team of 2 SMM / Content Creators. Break down marketing strategies into actionable tasks, establish KPIs, review content, and control delivery timelines.
 * Structure & Process: Establish a structured hypothesis-testing framework, perform market and competitor research, and streamline all marketing activities into a predictable system.
Requirements
 * Analytical Expertise: Proven track record in Product & Marketing Analytics (GA4, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Looker Studio, or equivalent) with strong data analysis capabilities.
 * Strategic & Systematic Mindset: Business-first orientation focused on unit economics and core metrics (CAC, ROAS, Retention, Conversion Rates) rather than vanity metrics.
 * Leadership Skills: Experience setting tasks, managing workflows, and leading content creators toward structured targets and performance KPIs.
 * English Proficiency: B2–C1 (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced) written and spoken English for market analysis, strategy creation, and team alignment.
Nice to Have:
 * Hands-on experience targeting the US market (preferably within Logistics, LogTech, B2B SaaS, Marketplaces, or Mobile Apps).
