    • Acquisition and engagement — CopyStake introduces users to an iGaming website, allowing them to bet alongside their favorite streamers.
    • Retention — the Play to Earn and Hold to Earn loyalty programs keep player engagement high by guaranteeing rakeback and distributing a share of the platform’s revenue.

    Our internal team is currently looking for a skilled Senior ML Engineer.

    It is important for us that you have:

    • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering/ML engineering
    • Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
    • Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.)
    • Knowledge of data engineering (ETL pipelines, streaming data, batch processing)
    • Strong background in algorithms, data structures, and distributed computing
    • Experience deploying and monitoring ML models at scale
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

    You will be responsible for:

    • Designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end ML pipelines (data preprocessing, model training, deployment, monitoring)
    • Collaborating with data scientists to move ML models from research to production
    • Ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of ML services in production environments
    • Developing tools for experiment tracking, model versioning, and reproducibility
    • Working with big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)
    • Implementing MLOps best practices (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, automated retraining)
    • Conducting code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and leading technical discussions

    We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, reporting, and visualization to join our team. In this role, the Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various business functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to enhance reporting accuracy, optimize data processes, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

     

    It is important for us that you have/are:

    • 2+ years of experience in iGaming/customer experience products (B2B, B2C products)
    • Advanced proficiency in SQL
    • Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools
    • Solid statistical knowledge and experience in using statistics to analyze complex data
    • The ability to transform business problems into analytical solutions
    • Flexible, self-motivated, proactive, and a critical thinker
    • Upper-intermediate level of English

       

    You will be responsible for:

    We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of an innovative real-time user engagement tool at the intersection of live content, gaming, and transactions. The product is already live in the market and showing strong early traction, with significant potential for scale and evolution.

     

    It is important for us that you have:

    • 2+ years of product management experience in iGaming domain
    • Solid understanding of live engagement, user behavior, and monetization mechanics
    • Strong prioritization and analytical skills
    • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
    • Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English level

       

    You will be responsible for:
