An international IT solutions provider with over 25 years of experience is expanding its delivery team and is looking for Junior and Middle Project Coordinators to join a dynamic and fast-growing environment. The company specializes in implementing enterprise IT solutions and works with clients worldwide, helping them optimize and transform their business processes.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity with long-term growth prospects and exposure to international projects.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about project management and eager to grow in ERP implementation projects.

For Junior to Middle level:

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Required skills and experience:

• Experience with ERP system implementations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus, but other ERP systems are also acceptable)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience working with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good time management, planning, and self-organization skills
• Responsible, result-oriented, and reliable

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage ERP implementation projects
• Control project scope, timelines, and milestones
• Track budgets (planned vs. actual)
• Support and coordinate project teams
• Identify and manage project risks
• Manage stakeholders and prepare weekly/monthly status reports for clients
• Participate in defining and executing project strategies
• Set up, support, and track tasks in Azure DevOps
• Mentor and support Junior Project Coordinators
