About the company:
TrueSeaMoss is a U.S.-based wellness brand specializing in sea moss supplements, actively growing across Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.

Our financial department is growing and we are looking for a detail-oriented and trainable specialist to support our accounting operations in QuickBooks Online and assist with financial analytics. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn and grow with a dynamic international team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online (training provided)
• Upload and categorize bank transactions
• Reconcile bank activity and process invoices and payments
• Help maintain organized records of income and expenses
• Support the team with basic financial reporting and analysis (P&L, cash flow, etc.)
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, procurement, etc.) on finance-related tasks
  
   

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and an understanding of financial report structure
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Willingness to learn QuickBooks Online
• High attention to detail, structured approach, and sense of responsibility
• English proficiency is sufficient for reading documentation and written communication

Nice to Have (but Not Required)

• Previous internship or junior-level experience in accounting or finance
• Familiarity with e-commerce businesses or U.S. accounting practices

Our products are skyrocketing (literally!), and we’re looking for an Affiliate & Streaming Operations Assistant who’s excited to grow with us. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, and streaming operations—key areas in today’s digital landscape.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain and update internal reports and documentation

• Support the execution and tracking of affiliate marketing programs

What You Need to Succeed:

• Confident computer skills, especially in Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
• Experience working with spreadsheets, calendars, and structured data
• Basic English skills (for email communication and understanding software interfaces)
• Strong attention to detail and task accuracy
• Quick learner—comfortable adapting to new CRM systems and platforms
• Experience communicating with influencers is a plus, but not required
