Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced Conference Manager with a strong background in the crypto industry and a well-established professional network across the Web3 ecosystem.
This role is perfect for someone who not only knows how to organize events but also understands where to be and who to know — ensuring our agents and partners attend the most valuable and exclusive crypto conferences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant crypto, Web3, DeFi, Blockchain, and AI-related events worldwide;
• Validate and evaluate event quality (ROI, reputation, attendee composition);
• Manage participation logistics — registrations, tickets, travel, and communications with event organizers;
• Leverage existing network connections to access invite-only or closed events;
• Negotiate with clients, partners, and conference organizers to secure visibility and opportunities;

• Represent the company at events, build meaningful connections, and prepare post-event reports.

   

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience working in a crypto or Web3 company/agency;
• A strong and active network in the crypto community (organizers, funds, KOLs, investors, projects);
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem — major conferences, trends, and networking value;
• Proven ability to discover, assess, and validate event opportunities;
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (B2+ level minimum);
• Strategic mindset, diplomacy, flexibility, and the ability to open doors in exclusive environments.

At TripleOne, we’re pushing the limits of algorithmic trading across major crypto exchanges. We’re hiring a Quant Trader with 3+ years of experience in quantitative trading, ideally in crypto or high-frequency environments.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

-Design, test, and refine algorithmic trading strategies
-Analyze large-scale market data (tick data, order book depth, etc.)
-Monitor live performance and adjust to market conditions
-Work closely with developers and fellow traders
-Generate and validate new alpha signals

📌 What We Expect:

-3+ years of experience in quantitative trading (crypto or HFT preferred)
-Degree in Math, Physics, Finance, Stats, or Computer Science
-Solid programming skills: Python, C++, or Go
-Understanding of market microstructure and exchange APIs (Binance, OKX, etc.)
-Analytical mindset, independence, and attention to detail
-English is a must;

• Configure our developed trading algorithms
• Monitor algorithms, balances, and various performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed
• Develop market-making strategies for different projects
• Work closely with the trading team and collaborate with other departments
• Analyze data, gather statistics, and prepare trading reports
• Demonstrate proactiveness in developing algorithms, platform and company.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of active involvement in the crypto space (e.g., trading, developing custom scripts and algorithms, backtesting strategies, DeFi, or any other related activity)
• Understanding how the CEXs & DEXs works, order book, orders, transactions
• Strong analytical mindset
• Discipline and attention to detail
• Good command of English
