We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who can build long-term partner relationships, work confidently with numbers, and understands the specifics of CPA Dating.

Responsibilities

• Attract and onboard new affiliates and media buying teams
• Manage and grow existing partners: daily support, consulting, offer upsell
• Negotiate rates, CPA / CPL models, bonuses, and special conditions
• Monitor traffic quality: CR, retention, fraud analysis
• Optimize partner performance and select the most effective offers
• Maintain regular communication with partners (Telegram / Skype / Email)
• Keep reporting in CRM systems and Google Sheets
• Run A/B tests, analyze traffic sources and conversions
• Monitor competitors and market trends

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in CPA Dating
• Solid understanding of CPA and CPL models
• Knowledge of key metrics: Click2Reg, Reg2Dep, CR, ROI, LTV, eCPA
• Confident communication with affiliates (Telegram / Skype)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Basic analytical skills (Google Sheets, tracking platforms)
• English level B1 or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs
• Understanding of traffic sources (Facebook, Google, Native, Push, In-App)
• Experience scaling affiliate partners

• Monitor traffic quality, scale campaigns, and detect/prevent fraud
• Analyze key performance metrics (KPI, EPC, ROI, LTV) and prepare insights and recommendations
• Collaborate effectively with the team and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and optimize traffic flows
• Participate in international industry conferences

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the iGaming vertical
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• English level Intermediate or higher
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a growth-driven attitude

Nice to Have

• Existing affiliate partner base
• Experience working with Scaleo or other tracking platforms
• Experience in developing affiliate marketing strategies

Ми шукаємо Media Buyerʼа, який має практичний досвід запуску та масштабування рекламних кампаній у Facebook для міжнародних digital-проєктів.
 

Обовʼязки:

• Запуск, ведення та оптимізація рекламних кампаній у Facebook
• Робота з рекламними креативами (створення, тестування, оптимізація)
• Аналіз трафіку через Keitaro або інші трекінгові системи
• Щоденний контроль ключових метрик: CPM, CTR, CPA, Cost
• Масштабування ефективних рекламних звʼязок
• Робота з агентськими рекламними акаунтами
   

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи Media Buyerʼом від 6 місяців (Facebook — обовʼязково)
• Практичний досвід роботи з трекінговими системами
• Досвід ведення рекламних бюджетів від $50 000+/місяць
• Досвід роботи з performance-проєктами або subscription-моделями
• Розуміння повного циклу роботи з трафіком
• Вміння самостійно створювати рекламні креативи
• (Photoshop / Canva)
