    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage, mentor, and coordinate a team of Data Engineers and technical contributors focused on cloud-based data platforms and healthcare analytics solutions.  
    • Own the planning, execution, and governance of projects involving Snowflake, Databricks, Python, FHIR, and related tools.  
    • Drive collaboration between stakeholders, including Product Managers, Engineering leadership,  Healthcare SMEs, and DevOps/Infrastructure teams.  
    • Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions, overseeing architecture decisions and implementation strategy.  
    • Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.  
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and key delivery metrics.
